Claims (15)

1. Smelteblæst fiber, som omfatter mindst 85 vægt% af en terpolymer af pro-pylen (C3), ethylen (C2) og en C4 til C-m a-olefin (aO), hvor yderligere (a) den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren har en smelteflowhastighed MFR2 (230 °C), målt i henhold til ISO 1133 af mindst 300 g/10 min, (b) mængden af propylen (C3) i terpolymeren er mindst 90,0 vægt%, (c) vægtforholdet af ethylen til C4 til C-m α-olefin [C2/aO] i terpolymeren er 1/100 til under 1/1, og (d) terpolymeren har <2,1 > regiodefekter på under 0,4 mol-% bestemt ved hjælp af 13C-spektroskopi.
2. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge krav 1, hvor den smelteblæste fiber har en gennemsnitlig diameter, der er lig med eller under 5,0 μιτι.
3. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor (a) mængden af ethylen (C2) af terpolymeren ligger i området af 0,1 til 3,0 vægt%, og/eller (a) mængden af α-olefin (aO) af terpolymeren ligger i området af 1,5 til 6,0 vægt%.
4. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren opfylder ligningen (1),
hvor Tm [°C] er smeltetemperaturen [angivet i °C] på den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren, målt i henhold til ISO 11357-3, α [vægt%] er mængden [angivet i vægtprocent] af comonomerer, dvs. af ethylen (C2) og α-olefin (aO) sammen, i den smelteblæste fiber og/eller i terpolymeren, bestemt ved hjælp af 13C kernemagnetisk resonansspektroskopi (13C-NMR).
5. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren har (a) en vægtgennemsnitlig molekylvægt (Mw), der er lig med eller under 95.000 g/mol, og/eller (b) en molekylvægtfordeling (Mw/Mn) på 2,0 til 6,0, målt ved hjælp af størrelseseksklusionskromatografi (SEC) i henhold til ISO 16014.
6. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren har en kold xylen-opløselig fraktion (XCS), målt i henhold til ISO 16152 (25 °C) i området fra 1,0 til 12,0 vægt%.
7. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den smelteblæste fiber og/eller terpolymeren har (a) en smeltetemperatur Tm i området fra 125 til 155 °C, og/eller (b) en krystalliseringstemperatur Tc, der er lig med eller under 115 °C, målt i henhold til ISO 11357-3.
8. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor terpolymeren udsættes for visbreaking.
9. Smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor (a) terpolymeren er den eneste polymer i den smelteblæste fiber, og/eller (b) den smelteblæste fiber omfatter mindst 85 vægt% terpolymer.
10. Smelteblæst væv, der omfatter smelteblæste fibre ifølge et af de foregående krav.
11. Smelteblæst væv ifølge krav 10 med en vægt pr. arealenhed på mindst 15 g/m2.
12. Artikel, omfattende en smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 9 og/eller et smelteblæst væv ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvilken artikel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af filtreringsmedium, ble, hygiejnebind, trusseindlæg, inkontinensprodukt til voksne, beskyttende tøj, afdækningsstykke, operationskittel og operationstøj.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en smelteblæst fiber ifølge et af kravene 1 eller 9, hvor en terpolymer ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9 er blevet smelteblæst ved anvendelse af et smelteblæseanlæg med en dyse med huller på 0,3 til 0,5 mm i diameter og 10 til 16 huller pr. cm.
14. Anvendelse af en terpolymer som defineret i et af kravene 1 til 8 til fremstilling af en smelteblæst fiber som defineret i et af kravene 1 til 9, et smelteblæst væv som defineret i krav 10 eller 11 eller en artikel som defineret i krav 12.
15. Anvendelse af en terpolymer som defineret i et af kravene 1 til 9 for at øge kvalitetsfaktoren (QF) af et smelteblæst væv med mindst 10 %, hvor øgningen defineres af formel (III)
hvor QF (T) er kvalitetsfaktoren (QF) af terpolymeren, og (QF) (H) er kvalitetsfaktoren (QF) af en homopolymer, som har en smelte-flowhastighed MFR2 (230 °C), målt i henhold til ISO 1133 på 1.000 til 1.300 g/10min og en smeltetemperatur (Tm), målt i henhold til ISO 11357-3 fra 155 til 160 °C.
