Claims (10)

1. Instrument til udstrækning af hud for lukning af sår, med en hudekspander med mindst to kæber (12), som er indbyrdes mekanisk stilbare på hudekspanderen i en trækretning, med kroge (28) som er tilknyttet kæberne (12) og kan forankres i huden i sårrandenes område, hvori en trækkraft udøves på huden med krogene (28) ved indstilling af kæberne (12), hvilken trækkraft strækker huden og trækker sårets rande mod hinanden, hvori en eller flere kroge (28) er arrangeret på en bærer (26), som strækker sig på tværs af trækretningen, og hvori bærerne (26) er monteret på kæberne (12) på løsbar måde, kendetegnet ved, at bærerne (26) kan fikseres i stilling i forhold til hinanden med fikseringselementer (34), der kan påsættes.
2. Instrument ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bæreren (26) har en stang (30), på hvilken krogene (28) er arrangeret.
3. Instrument ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en krog (28) er arrangeret på et krogmodul (32), og krogmodulerne (32) på ikke-roterbar måde er påsat stangen (30), som har et urundt tværsnit.
4. Instrument ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (34) kan påsættes de frie ender af stængerne (30).
5. Instrument ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bærerne (26) kan indsættes på ikke-drejelig måde i optag (24) i kæberne, hvilke optag strækker sig på tværs af trækretningen og er åbne i trækretningen.
6. Instrument ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (34) er udformet som pladestykker, som har kantudtag (36), og som med disse kantudtag (36) kan påsættes stængerne (30) vinkelret på stængernes (30) akser.
7. Instrument ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (34) er udformet som pladestykker, som har åbninger (40), og som med disse åbninger (40) kan påsættes stængerne (30) aksielt på stængerne (30).
8. Instrument ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at bærerne (26) kan fikseres i variabel indbyrdes afstand med fikseringselementerne (34).
9. Instrument ifølge krav 6 og 8, kendetegnet ved, at fikseringselementerne (34) har indbyrdes forsatte kantudtag (36), med hvilke de valgfrit kan påsættes stængerne (30).
10. Instrument ifølge krav 7 og 8, kendetegnet ved, at åbningerne (40) har en i trækretningen forløbende spærring, og at stængerne (30) kan gå i stilbart indgreb med denne spærring i trækretningen.
