Claims (14)

  1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af olefiner af isobutanol
    1. Fremgangsmåde til omdannelse af en alkoholblanding (A) omfattende 20 vægt-% til 100 % isobutanol for primært at fremstille propylen, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a) tilføring til en reaktor (A) af en strøm omfattende blandingen (A), eventuelt vand, eventuelt en inert komponent, b) etablering af kontakt mellem strømmen og en katalysator (A1) ved en temperatur over 450 °C i reaktoren (A) under forhold, der kan dehydrere mindst en del af isobutanolen og andre, eventuelle, alkoholer, og fremstille en cracking, c) genvinding fra reaktoren (A) af en effluent, der omfatter: ethylen, propylen, vand, eventuelt ikke-omdannede alkoler fra blandingen (A), diverse carbonhydrider og den eventuelle inertekomponent fra trin a), d) fraktionering af effluenten fra trin c) for at fremstille mindst en ethylenstrøm, en propylenstrøm, en fraktion, der primært består af carbonhydrider med 4 carbonatomer eller flere, vand og den eventuelle inerte komponent fra trin a), eventuel tilbageføring af ethylen i hele eller i en del af indgangen til reaktoren (A), eventuel tilbageføring fra fraktionen, der primært består af carbonhydrider med 4 carbonatomer eller flere ved indgangen af reaktoren (A), hvor alkoholernes partialtryk i trin a) og b) er lavere end 0,4 MPa.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 hvor, inden tilbageføring af carbonhydriderne med 4 carbonatomer eller flere ved indgangen til reaktoren (A), carbonhydriderne med 4 carbonatomer eller flere sendes til en anden fraktionator til udrensning af tunge forbindelser.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor alkoholtilførslen oprenses for at reducere indholdet i metalionerne, navnlig i Na, Fe, K, Ca og Al.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor temperaturen i reaktoren i trin a) og b) ligger inden for intervallet fra 450° til 650 °C, fortrinsvis fra 500° til 650 °C, mere fortrinsvis fra 520° til 600 °C, og endnu mere fortrinsvis fra 540 °C til 590 °C.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor alkoholblandingen (A) omfatter 40 til 100 vægt-% isobutanol, fortrinsvis 60 til 100 vægt-% isobutanol, mere fortrinsvis 80 til 100 vægt-% isobutanol.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 hvor alkoholblandingen (A) primært omfatter isobutanol.
  7. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav hvor katalysatoren (A1) er et krystallinsk silicat, der mindst omfatter én 10-leddet ring i strukturen.
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor katalysatoren (A1) er en P-modificeret zeolit.
  9. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter et yderligere trin, hvor ethylen omsættes med 2-buten fra fraktionen, der i alt væsentligt består af carbonhydrider med 4 carbonatomer eller flere, der er genvundet i trin d), for at producere propylen.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter et yderligere trin, hvor n-butenerne fra fraktionen, der i alt væsentligt består af carbonhydrider med 4 carbonatomer eller flere, der er genvundet i trin d), omsættes i en automethathese for at fremstille propylen og pentener.
  11. 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor isobutanol opnås ved fermentering af carbohydrater, der stammer fra biomassen, eller fra syntesegasvejen eller fra den basekatalyserede Guerbet-kondensation.
  12. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor isobutanol fremstilles ved den direkte 2-ketosyrebane af carbohydrater, der er isoleret fra biomassen.
  13. 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ethylen polymeriseres yderligere eventuelt med én eller flere comonomerer.
