Claims (36)
- KOMMUNIKATIONSSYSTEM TIL TRÅDLØSE LYDENHEDER1. Trådløst interface (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710), der omfatter: en lydstyrkekontrol (720); og en digital signalprocessor (230, 330, 430, 530), der er konfigureret til at modtage indstillinger af lydstyrkekontrollen, hvilket trådløst interface konfigureret til mindst at gøre følgende: etablere én eller flere trådløse kommunikationer med ét eller flere høreapparater ved anvendelse af en trådløs protokol med en pakke, der indbefatter et hoved og et informationsfelt; sende en lydstyrkeændringskommando til mindst ét af det ene eller flere høreapparater ved anvendelse af den trådløse protokol for at ændre lydstyrken på mindst ét af det ene eller flere høreapparater; sende lydstreaming; og sende en dæmpningsændringskommando til mindst ét af det ene eller flere høreapparater, hvilken dæmpningsændringskommando angiver en dæmpningstilstand for at konfigurere det mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater til at afspille lydstreamingen blandet med lyd fra et høreinstruments mikrofon på det tilsvarende mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater.
- 2. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at anvende en transmissions- og modtagelsesfrekvens til de trådløse kommunikationer på 2,4 GHz.
- 3. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at modulere data, der er sendt ved anvendelse af de trådløse kommunikationer, ved anvendelse af GFSK, Gaussian Frequency Shift Keying.
- 4. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvor lydstyrkeændringskommandoen indbefatter et flag for anmodning om bekræftelse, der angiver, at det trådløse interface anmoder om en bekræftelse og det trådløse interface endvidere er konfigureret til at: starte en timer for afventning af bekræftelse for lydstyrkeændringskommandoen; og annullere timeren for afventning af bekræftelse, der reagerer på modtagelse af et lydstyrkeændringssvar.
- 5. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 4, hvor det trådløse interface endvidere er konfigureret til at: igen at sende lydstyrkeændringskommandoen, der reagerer på, at timeren for afventning af bekræftelse udløber.
- 6. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvor det trådløse interface endvidere er konfigureret til at: indbefatte et cyklisk redundanscheck, CRC, i lydstyrkeændringskommandoen.
- 7. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at anvende en CSMA-, Carrier Sense Multiple Access, kanaladgangsordning til de trådløse kommunikationer.
- 8. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvor det trådløse interface endvidere er konfigureret til at sende en aktiveringssekvens til det mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater før afsendelse af lydstyrkeændringskommandoen.
- 9. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 8, hvor aktiveringssekvensen omfatter afsendelse af et præambel i et forhåndsdefineret tidsrum.
- 10. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor lydstyrkeændringskommandoen indbefatter en fremadgående fejlkorrigeringskode, FEC.
- 11. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket interface omfatter en antenne.
- 12. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at: sende en statusforespørgsel til det mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater; og modtage et statussvar, hvilket statussvar indbefatter det aktuelle lydstyrkeniveau.
- 13. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 12, hvor statussvaret indbefatter en akustisk miljøindstilling.
- 14. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor statussvaret indbefatter et batteriniveau.
- 15. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 1, hvilket interface er konfigureret til at streame lyd til det mindst ene høreapparat, hvor lydstyrkeændringskommandoen er beregnet til at ændre lydstyrken på lydstreaming på det mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater.
- 16. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den trådløse protokol er en Bluetooth-protokol.
- 17. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at etablere én eller flere trådløse kommunikationer med en mobiltelefon.
- 18. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket interface omfatter en mikrofon.
- 19. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket interface er konfigureret til at anvende den trådløse protokol til at overføre fjemkommando og kontrolinformationer, såsom lyddæmpningstilstande, resterende batteritid, akustisk miljø og mikrofonstatus, ud over lydstyrkekontrolkommandoen, mellem det trådløse interface og det ene eller flere høreapparater, til styring eller synkronisering af det ene eller flere høreapparater eller til at tilvejebringe bruger-feedback.
- 20. Fremgangsmåde, der udføres af et trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, til etablering af de trådløse kommunikationer med det ene eller flere høreapparater og afsendelse af lydstyrkeændringskommandoen til det ene eller flere høreapparater.
- 21. Trådløst interface (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710), der omfatter: en digital signalprocessor (230, 330, 430, 530), hvilken digital signalprocessor er konfigureret til at gøre mindst: etablere én eller flere trådløse kommunikationer med ét eller flere høreapparater ved anvendelse af en trådløs protokol med en pakke, der indbefatter et hoved og et informationsfelt, hvilken trådløs protokol er beregnet til styring af ét eller flere høreapparater ved at overføre ijemkommando og kontrolinformationer mellem det ene eller flere høreapparater, såvel som mellem en trådløs lyd-controller-enhed og det ene eller flere høreapparater, hvilken trådløs protokol udveksler informationer om og kontrollerer indstillinger af et lydstyrkeniveau, en dæmpningstilstand, informationer om batterilevetid, akustiske miljøinformationer og en mikrofonstatus, hvor dæmpningstilstanden er beregnet til at konfigurere mindst ét af det ene eller flere høreapparater til at afspille lydstreaming blandet med lyd fra et høreinstruments mikrofon på det tilsvarende mindst ene af det ene eller flere høreapparater.
- 22. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 21, hvor fjemstyringsinformationeme sendes indlejret med lydstreaming-data eller er indeholdt i et pakkehoved til lydstreaming-dataene.
- 23. Trådløst interface ifølge krav 21 eller 22, hvor lydstyrkeniveauet for det ene eller flere høreapparater kan øges eller reduceres ved anvendelse af den trådløse protokol, og/eller en hukommelse til det ene eller flere høreapparater kan ændres ved anvendelse af den trådløse protokol, og/eller en høflighedstone-indstilling kan ændres ved anvendelse af den trådløse protokol, og/eller en radiofrekvens-, RF, kanal, der er anvendt i de trådløse kommunikationer, kan ændres ved anvendelse af den trådløse protokol.
- 24. Trådløst interface ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 21 til 23, hvor den trådløse protokol indbefatter en statusmeddelelse, der er sendt til en trådløs lyd-controller, hvor statusmeddelelsen indbefatter en volumenstatus, en dæmpningsstatus, en batteristatus, en mikrofonvalgstatus og/eller en miljøstatus.
- 25. Trådløst kommunikationssystem, der omfatter: mindst ét høreapparat, der indbefatter en hukommelse, der er konfigureret til at lagre en unik adresse for høreapparatet; et trådløst interface (110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710) omfattende: en digital signalprocessor (230), en transceiver (240, 340, 420, 540) og en antenne (250, 350, 450, 550), der er konfigureret til at: etablere en trådløs forbindelse med det mindst ene høreapparat ved anvendelse af en trådløs protokol; kommunikere lydstreaming med det mindst ene høreapparat; og sende lydstyrkeændringskommando fra det trådløse interface ved anvendelse af en pakkekommunikationsprotokol over den trådløse forbindelse; og sende en dæmpningsændringskommando til det mindst ene høreapparat over den trådløse forbindelse, hvor det mindst ene høreapparat er konfigureret til at afspille lydstreamingen blandet med lyd fra en mikrofon fra det mindst ene høreapparat.
- 26. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge krav 25, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at anvende en transmissions- og modtagelsesfrekvens for den trådløse forbindelse på 2,4 GHz.
- 27. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge krav 25 eller krav 26, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at modulere data, der sendes på den trådløse forbindelse ved anvendelse af GFSK, Gaussian Frequency Shift Keying.
- 28. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25, 26 eller 27, hvor lydstyrkeændringskommandoen indbefatter et flag for anmodning om bekræftelse, der angiver, at det trådløse interface anmoder om en bekræftelse.
- 29. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25, 26, 27 eller 28, hvor det trådløse interface endvidere er konfigureret til at indbefatte et cyklisk redundanscheck, CRC, i statussvaret.

- 33. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25 til 32, hvor det mindst ene høreapparat er konfigureret til at ændre et lydstyrkeniveau for lydstreamingen, der reagerer på lydstyrkeændringskommandoen.
- 34. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25 til 33, hvor det trådløse interface indbefatter en mikrofon.
- 35. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25 til 34, hvor det trådløse interface er konfigureret til at etablere én eller flere trådløse kommunikationer med en mobiltelefon.
- 36. Trådløst kommunikationssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 25 til 35, hvilket kommunikationssystem er konfigureret til at anvende den trådløse protokol til at overføre fjernkommando og kontrolinformationer, såsom lyddæmpningstilstande, resterende batteritid, akustisk miljø og mikrofonstatus, ud over lydstyrkeændringskommandoen, mellem det trådløse interface og det mindst ene høreapparat, til styring eller synkronisering af det mindst ene høreapparat, eller til tilvejebringelse af bruger- feedback.
