Claims (7)
1. Køleindretning omfattende et hulrum til optagelse af et produkt (20), der skal køles; en rotationsmiddel til at rotere det produkt, der er optaget i hulrummet, og et kølemiddelforsyningsmiddel til at levere et kølemiddel til hulrummet; hvor rotationsmidlet er udformet til at rotere produktet (20) omkring to parallelle ikke-sammenfaldende akser (21,22); og hvor en af akserne (21) er en akse af produktet.
2. Køleindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor rotationsmidlet er udformet til at rotere produktet (20) med en rotationshastighed på 90 omdrejninger pr. minut eller mere, mere foretrukket mindst ca. 180 omdrejninger pr. minut, og endnu mere foretrukket mindst ca. 360 omdrejninger pr. minut.
3. Køleindretning ifølge et foregående krav, hvor kølemidlet er en kølevæske, og kølevæskeforsyningsmidlet er udformet til at forsyne hulrummet med en strøm af kølevæske til hulrummet.
4. Køleindretning ifølge et foregående krav, hvor kølevæsken leveres til hulrummet med en temperatur på -10°C eller derunder, mere foretrukket - 14°C eller derunder, endnu mere foretrukket -16°C eller derunder.
5. Køleindretning ifølge et foregående krav, hvor rotationsmidlet er udformet til at tilvejebringe en stødvis eller ikke-kontinuerlig rotation i en forudbestemt periode.
6. Salgsindretning omfattende en køleindretning ifølge et af kravene et foregående krav og yderligere omfattende indsætnings- og udtagningsmiddel til at indsætte produktet (20), der skal afkøles, i hulrummet og tage det afkølede produkt ud derfra.
7. Salgsindretning ifølge krav 6, yderligere omfattende lagringsmiddel til at lagre et produkt (20) eller et sortiment af produkter og udvælgelsesmiddel til at udvælge et produkt (20) fra lagringsmidlet med henblik på at indsætte det i hulrummet.
