Claims (7)
1. Doseringsenhed (12) til en ambulatorisk infusionspumpeindretning (10), hvilken doseringsenhed (12) omfatter en cylinderpumpe med en cylinder (14), og et stempel (16) forskydeligt indrettet i cylinderen (14), hvilket stempel (16) har et stempelhoved (17), og en stempelaksel (18) med et første gevindskåret segment (50) , der arbejder sammen med en gevindskåret del (54) af cylinderen (14), således at stemplet (16) kan forskydes langs en længdeakse (48) af cylinderen (14) ved at dreje stemplet (16) i forhold til cylinderen (14) rundt om aksen (48); hvor stempelakslen (18) omfatter et andet segment (51) indrettet mellem det første gevindskårne segment (50) og stempelhovedet (17), hvilket andet segment (51) er tilvejebragt med optisk detekterbare markeringer (64, 65), der tillader monitorering af længde- og/eller rotationsforskydning afstemplet (16) i forhold til cylinderen (14); markeringerne (64, 65) danner en skala (63), der er udformet til at arbejde sammen med en optisk sensor (58) af infusionspumpeindretningen (10) og til at tilvejebringe et forskydningssignal, idet forskydningssignalet er tegn på en forskydning af stemplet (16) i forhold til cylinderen (14), og hvor doseringsenheden (12) omfatter en ventil (35), der kan være i to driftstilstande, og et vindue (60) er tilvejebragt på cylinderen (14) til at give adgang til skalaen (63) på stemplet (16), hvor vinduet (60) er udformet således at det tilvejebringer adgang til skalaen (63), når ventilen (35) er i en af de to driftstilstande, og ikke tilvejebringer adgang til skalaen (63), når ventilen (35) er mellem de to driftstilstande.
2. Doseringsenhed (12) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at det andet segment (51) mindst delvist overlapper det første gevindskårne segment (50).
3. Doseringsenhed ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at ventilen (35) er udformet til skiftevis at forbinde den indre volumen (13) af cylinderen (14) i en første tilstand med et indløbsrør (24) og i en anden tilstand med et udløbsrør (25), omfattende et ventilsæde (40) og et ventilelement (44), hvor ventilelementet (44) er udformet som en del af cylinderen, og hvor cylinderen er drejeligt eller forskydeligt monteret i et leje (42) i ventilsædet (40), således at ventilen (35) kan skifte mellem de to tilstande ved at dreje cylinderen (14) med ventilelementet (44) med en vis vinkel langs længdeaksen (48), eller ved at forskyde cylinderen (14) med ventilelementet (44) i forhold til ventilsædet (40) med en vis afstand langs længdeaksen (48).

Doseringsenhed (12) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at de optiske markeringer er tilvejebragt som mindst to striber (64, 65) indrettet på det andet akselsegment (51) langs omkredsen på akslen (18) og parallelt med længdeaksen (48), hvor de optiske markeringer (64, 65) kan skelnes optisk.
5. Infusionspumpeindretning (10) omfattende en doseringsenhed (12) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.

Infusionspumpeindretning (10) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved en optisk sensor (58), der er i stand til at detektere en skala (63) på et stempel (16) på en doseringsenhed (12) monteret i infusionspumpeindretningen (10), for derved at opnå et forskydningssignal der er tegn på en forskydning af stemplet (16) i forhold til en cylinder (14) i doseringsenheden (10).

Infusionspumpeindretning (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved at doseringsenheden (12) monteret i infusionspumpeindretningen (10) omfatter en ventil (35), der kan være i to driftstilstande, og et vindue (60) tilvejebragt på cylinderen (14) der tillader optisk adgang til optiske markeringer (64, 65) på stemplet (16), hvor vinduet og sensoren (58) på infusionspumpeindretningen (10) er indrettet således at sensoren (58) har optisk adgang til de optiske markeringer (64, 65), når ventilen (35) er i en af de to driftstilstande, og ikke har optisk adgang når ventilen (35) er mellem de to driftstilstande.
