Claims (15)
1. Medikamentbeholder (1) til et væskeformigt medikament, hvilken medikamentbeholder (1) omfatter en deformerbar pose 5 (2) med et udløb (3) og mindst ét deformationselement (4), der består af en legering med formhukommelse og er indrettet til at deformere den deformerbare pose (2), når legeringen med formhukommelse overgår fra en første fase til en anden fase ved hjælp af en faseovergang, hvorved formen af 10 deformationselementet (4) ændres, og en dosis af medikamentet presses gennem udløbet (4) ud af posen (2), der er kendetegnet ved at omfatte adskillige på hinanden følgende deformationselementer (4).
2. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved et temperaturreguleringsmiddel til ændring af temperaturen af et deformationselement (4) til frembringelse af faseovergangen for dets legering med formhukommelse. 20
3. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 2, der er kendetegnet ved, at temperaturreguleringsmidlet omfatter elektriske forbindelser (7) til hvert deformationselement (4) til at forbinde det til en elektrisk 25 strømforsyning.
4. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at legeringen med formhukommelse er en magnetisk legering med formhukommelse. 30

7. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af 5 kravene 1 til 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét deformationselement (4) er placeret på en ydre overflade af posen (2).
8. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 6 eller 7, 10 der er kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét deformationselement (4) strækker sig lige ud i den første fase af dets legering med formhukommelse og er rullet op som en spiral i den anden fase af dets legering med formhukommelse.
9. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 8, der er kendetegnet ved en kerne (6), hvor omkring det mindst ene deformationselement (4) er rullet op som en spiral i den anden fase af dets legering med formhukommelse.
10. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 9, der er kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét deformationselement (4) strækker sig ud som en spiral omkring posen (2), hvor radius af sløjfen er mindre i den anden fase end i den første fase af 25 legeringen med formhukommelse.
11. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge krav 10, der er kendetegnet ved en kerne (6), der strækker sig ud over aksen af spiralen. 30
12. Medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved et temperaturreguleringsmiddel eller mindst én magnetisk felt-generator til frembringelse af faseovergange for legeringen med formhukommelse i de på 35 hinanden følgende deformationselementer (4) uafhængigt af hinanden.
13. Injektionsanordning (I) til fremføring af et væskeformigt medikament, der omfatter en medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav.
14. Injektionsanordning (I) ifølge krav 13, der er kendetegnet ved, at en ventil og en hul kanyle (8) til gennemboring af en patients hud er anbragt i udløbet (3).
15. Inhaleringsanordning til fremføring af et væskeformigt medikament, der omfatter en medikamentbeholder (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12.
