Claims (14)
1. Fugteanlæg indeholdende mindst en valse med en kerne og et ydre lag, hvorved det ydre lag er udvalgt blandt - hård aluminiumeloxat, - kemisk nikkel, - aluminiumoxid, som kan opnås ved plasmakemisk anodisk oxidation, og - kombinationer heraf.
2. Fugteanlæg ifølge krav 1, hvorved der i det ydre lag yderligere er indlejret PTFE, andre fluorholdige polymerer eller siliciumcarbidpartikler.
3. Fugteanlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der på valsen med en kerne og et ydre lag er påført et ydre PTFE- eller andet fluorholdigt polymer-lag, hvorved det ydre lag er udvalgt blandt - hård aluminiumeloxat, - kemisk nikkel, - aluminiumoxid, som kan opnås ved plasmakemisk anodisk oxidation, og - kombinationer heraf.
4. Fugteanlæg ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at kernen er udvalgt fra stålkerner, aluminiumkerner, carbonfiberkerner, glasfiberkerner.
5. Fugteanlæg ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at det hårde aluminiumeloxat-lag har en lagtykkelse på 20 til 100, fortrinsvis 30 til 60 pm, og/eller det hårde aluminiumeloxat-lag har en ruhed Rz på 0,1 til 100, fortrinsvis 0,5 til 8 pm.
6. Fugteanlæg ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det kemiske nikkellag indeholder 2 til 15 vægt% phosphor.
7. Fugteanlæg ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at tykkelsen af det kemiske nikkellag udgør 2 til 40 μιτι, fortrinsvis 10 til 20 μιτι, og/eller det kemiske nikkellag har en ruhed Rz på fra 0,1 til 100, fortrinsvis 0,5 til 8 μιτι.
8. Fugteanlæg ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at aluminium-oxidlagets lagtykkelse udgør 5 til 200, fortrinsvis 30 til 60 μιτι og/eller aluminium-oxidlagets ruhed Ra udgør 0,05 til 20,0 μιτι, fortrinsvis Ra 0,1 til 2,0 μιτι.
9. Fugteanlæg ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvorved den mindst ene valse er en fugtoverføringsvalse, fugtdrivvalse eller fugtdrivende valse eller en fugtduktor (4).
10. Anvendelse af en valse med en kerne og et ydre lag, hvorved det ydre lag er udvalgt blandt - hård aluminiumeloxat, - kemisk nikkel, - aluminiumoxid, som kan opnås ved plasmakemisk anodisk oxidation, og - kombinationer heraf, som valse i et fugteanlæg, især som fugtdrivende valse, især fugtoverføringsvalse eller fugtduktorvalse (4) i et fugteanlæg.
11. Anvendelse ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at det ydre lag er et hårdt aluminiumeloxatlag.
12. Anvendelse ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at det ydre lag er et kemisk nikkellag.
13. Anvendelse ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at et ydre lag er et alumi-niumoxidlag, som er opnået ved plasmakemisk anodisk oxidation.
14. Anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 11 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at det ydre lag har indlejret PTFE, andre fluorholdige polymerer eller siliciumcarbidpartikler.
