Claims (7)

  1. SYSTEM TIL CHRYSOSPORIUM LUCKNOWENSE-PROTEINFREMSTILLING
    1. Svampestamme af Myceliophthora thermophila, oprindeligt anført som Chrysosporium lucknowense, der er WIL indleveret til CBS under accessionsnummer 122189, eller WlL#100.1, der er indleveret til CBS under accessionsnummer 122190.
  2. 2. Stamme ifølge krav 1, der endvidere er kendetegnet ved, at genet, der koder for endochitinase 1 (chil), er blevet brudt.
  3. 3. Stamme ifølge krav 1 eller 2, endvidere kendetegnet ved, at ét eller flere gener, der er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af de, der koder for alkalisk protease 1 (alpi), alkalisk protease 2 (alp2), proteinase A (pep4), glycoamylase (Glal), exo-chitinase (Chi2) og laminarinase (Lami), er blevet brudt.
  4. 4. Stamme ifølge krav 3, der er W1L# 100.1 Aalp 1Δρ\τ5 eller W1L# 100.1 Aalp lAclii 1Δρ\τ5.
