Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til omdannelse af fast biomasse til carbonhydrider, omfattende: a. at bringe den faste biomasse i kontakt med en katalysator i et første stig-rør, der har en temperatur i området fra 50 °C til 200 °C, så der derved frembringes en første biomasse-katalysator-blanding og et første produkt omfattende carbonhydrider; b. at separere det første produkt fra den første biomasse-katalysator-blanding; c. at fylde den første biomasse-katalysator-blanding i et andet stigrør, der har en temperatur i området fra 200 °C til 400 °C, så der derved frembringes en anden biomasse-katalysator-blanding og et andet produkt omfattende carbonhydrider; d. at separere det andet produkt fra den anden biomasse-katalysator-blanding; e. at fylde den anden biomasse-katalysator-blanding i et tredje stigrør, der har en temperatur, der er højere end 450 °C, så der derved frembringes anvendt katalysator og et tredje produkt omfattende carbonhydrider; og f. at separere det tredje udstrømmende materiale fra den anvendte katalysator.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det første stigrør har en temperatur i området fra 100 til 150 °C, og det andet stigrør har en temperatur i området fra 200 til 350 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det første produkt, det andet produkt og det tredje produkt blandes sammen til dannelse af et endeligt produkt omfattende bestanddele udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af ethan, propan, butan og carbonhydrider, der koger i området for naphtha, flybrændstof, diesel, fyringsolie og kombinationer deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den faste biomasse bringes i kontakt med katalysatoren ved omrøring i en gasstrøm, hvilket medfører tæt kontakt mellem den faste biomasse og katalysatoren.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor katalysatoren er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af et katalytisk metal, en refraktær oxid, ler, hydrotalcit, krystallinsk aluminiumsilicat, lagdelt hydroxylsalt og kombinationer deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor en tung fraktion af det andet produkt separeres fra det andet produkt og fyldes sammen med den anden biomas-se-katalysator-blanding i det tredje stigror til omdannelse til lettere carbonhy-drider.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor en tung fraktion af det tredje produkt separeres fra det tredje produkt og recirkuleres til det tredje stigror til omdannelse til lettere carbonhydrider.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den anvendte katalysator fyldes i en regenerator, hvor koks afbrændes fra den anvendte katalysator og danner regenereret katalysator, og hvor dele af den regenererede katalysator recirkuleres til det andet stigror og det tredje stigror med eller uden mellemkøling.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor en del af den regenererede katalysator recirkuleres til det første stigror med eller uden mellemkøling.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden biomasse-katalysator-blanding omfatter flydende biomasse-råmateriale, der er et resultat af omdannelsen af mindst en del af den faste biomasse, der er indeholdt i den første bi o m asse- katal ysato r- bl and i n g.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den faste biomasse omfatter he-micellulose, cellulose og lignin.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor mindst en del af hemicellulosen omdannes til carbonhydrider i det første stigror.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor mindst en del af cellulosen omdannes til carbonhydrider i det andet stigror.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor mindst en del af ligninen omdannes til carbonhydrider i det tredje stigror.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin e) udføres i nærvær af damp.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den faste biomasse mindst delvist tørres under trin a).
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor petroleumråmateriale fyldes i det tredje stigror sammen med den anden biomasse-katalysator-blanding.
