Claims (17)

1. Biomaterialer i form af vævet eller ikke-vævet tekstil omfattende fibre med en diameter, der er mindre end en mikron hyaluronsyre og derivater fremstillet af hyaluronsyrebenzylester med en esterificeringsprocent i området 50 -100 % tilvejebragt ved en elektrospinningteknik.
2. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 1, hvor fibrene har en diameter, der ligger i området mellem 0,01 pm og 1,0 pm.
3. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 2, hvor fibrene har en diameter på 0,1 pm.
4. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 1, hvor derivaterne anvendes i kombination med eller associeret med estere af alginsyre eller andre naturlige, halvsyntetiske eller syntetiske polymerer.
5. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 1 til 4 bestående af en unik type fibre eller fibre bestående af diverse polymerer.
6. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 5 omfattende fibre bestående af i det mindste fibre af HA-benzylester med en esterificeringsprocent i området 50 - 100 % i kombination med en anden polymer eller fibre bestående af mindst 1 % HA-estere og for restens vedkommende af naturlige, halvsyntetiske eller syntetiske polymerer.
7. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 4 og 6, hvor de naturlige polymerer er valgt blandt: kollagen, hyaluronsyre, cellulose, chitin, chitosan, pektin, pektinsyre, agar, agarose, gellan, alginsyre, stivelser, naturlige gummiprodukter, poly-glycaner.
8. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 4 og 6, hvor de halvsyntetiske polymerer er valgt blandt: krydsbundet kollagen og hyaluronsyre og kemisk modificerede derivater af polymererne ifølge krav 6.
9. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 4 og 6, hvor de syntetiske polymerer er valgt blandt: polymælkesyre, polyglycolsyre, copolymerer af polymælke- og poly-glycolsyre, polycaprolacton og polyurethan.
10. Fibre med en diameter, der er mindre end en mikron af hyaluronsyrederi-vater fremstillet af HA-benzylester med en esterificeringsprocent i området 50 -100 % tilvejebragt ved elektrospinningteknik.
11. Biomaterialer og fibre ifølge krav 1 -10 til fremstilling af coatings, medicineringsværktøjer og/eller biosplejsede biomaterialer.
12. Biomaterialer og fibre ifølge krav 1 -10 til anvendelse ved en fremgangsmåde til absorption af det exsudat, der er til stede i forbrændinger og/eller i hudsår eller til væksten af fibroblaster ved regenerering af derma/hud.
13. Biomaterialer og fibre ifølge krav 11-12 til anvendelse inden for dermatologi, odontologi, stomatologi, otorhinolaryngologi, ortopædi, neurokirurgi og inden for kirurgi af indre organer.
14. Biomaterialer og fibre ifølge krav 11-12 til anvendelse som tamponer inden for kirurgisk behandling af næse og ører.
15. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 1, hvor esterificeringsprocenten ligger i området 50 - 75 %.
16. Biomaterialer ifølge krav 1, hvor esterificeringsprocenten ligger i området 80- 100%.
17. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ved elektospinning af biomaterialer og fibre, hvor: - en hyaluronsyrebenzylester med en esterificeringsprocent i området 50 - 75 % blandes med polyvinylpirrolidon (PVP) i et v/v-forhold på 80:20, fortrinsvis 87:13; - blandingen solubiliseres i det passende opløsningsmiddel; - opløsningen underkastes elektrospinning.
