Claims (5)
1. Indretning til kalibrering ved en fremgangsmåde til inaktivering af mikroorganismer i et biologisk fluid, som omfatter bestråling af det biologiske fluid med en effektiv dosis monokromatisk eller polykromatisk lys fra én eller flere lyskilder, idet den effektive dosis bestemmes ved måling af effekten af det monokromatiske eller polykromatiske lys på en dosimetrisk opløsning, idet indretningen omfatter: en termostatreguleret og spændingsstyret lyskilde (T) til at sikre et konstant lysudbytte, en lysudgangsåbning (V), som tillader lyset at stråle gennem en åben lukker (W) ind i en kollimatoråbning, et mekanisk urværk eller en elektronisk oscillator, en nøjagtigt styret lukker (W) monteret mellem lysudgangsåbningen (V) og kollimatoråbningen, idet lukkeren (W) drives af det mekaniske urværk eller den elektroniske oscillator, til at opnå en nøjagtig og reproducerbar belysningstid for kuvetten eller den optiske celle, og en udsparing til kuvetter eller optiske celler (X) monteret bag ved kollimatoråbningen i et termostatreguleret hus, idet kollimatoråbningen er tilpasset til at virke som lysindgangsåbning, som tillader lyset fra lyskilden (T) at stråle på kuvetten eller den optiske celle, der indeholder den dosimetriske opløsning som defineret ovenfor, for at påføre den dosimetriske opløsning en defineret fluens.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvori udsparingen til kuvetter eller optiske celler (X) er termostatreguleret.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 2, hvori en indretning valgt fra gruppen bestående af en blæser, en cirkulerende væske og et Peltier-element er tilvejebragt til at termostatregulere udsparingen til kuvetter eller optiske celler (X).
4. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvori en indretning valgt fra gruppen bestående af en blæser, en cirkulerende væske og et Peltier-element er tilvejebragt til at termostatregulere lyskilden (T).
5. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvori en termostatreguleret holder med en åbning (Y) er tilvejebragt til fastgørelse af strålemålingssensorer (Z), idet lys stråler samtidig fra lyskilden (T) både gennem lukkeren (W) på kuvetten eller den optiske celle og gennem åbningen (Y) på den termostatregulerede holder på sensorens (Z) indgangsvindue.
