Claims (15)
1. Bærbar infusionsindretning til infusion af et flydende lægemiddel i en patients legeme over et længere tidsrum, og som omfatter: a) et føler-arrangement (102, 112) med en føler (102), hvor følerarrangementet (102, 112) er således udformet, at det kan tilvejebringe en udgangsvariabel, som er afhængig af en infusions-variabel og afhængig af en forsyningsvariabel, b) en forsyningsenhed (104), som er sammenkoblet med føleren (102) og således udformet, at den kan tilvejebringe nævnte forsyningsvariabel, kendetegnet ved, c) en føler-afprøvningsenhed (114) til kontrol af den korrekte virkemåde af føler-arrangementet (102, 112), hvilken føler-afprøvningsenhed (114) er koblet sammen med føler-arrangementet (102, 112) og forsyningsenheden (104), og at føler-afprøvningsenheden (114) er således udformet, at den kan udføre en føler-prøvesekvens, som i de trin, at styre forsyningsenheden (104), så at denne ændrer forsyningsvariablen og bestemme om variationen i forsyningsvariablen er afspejlet i en forventet variation i udgangsvariablen.
2. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at infusionsvariablen er et lægemiddel-tryk eller en variabel, som er korreleret med lægemiddel-trykket.
3. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningsenheden (104) omfatter en variabel spændingsforsyning (106, 108) eller en variabel strømforsyning.
4. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningsenheden (104) er således udformet, at den kan tilvejebringe et sæt på mindst to diskrete niveauer af forsyningsvariablen.
5. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningsenheden (104) omfatter mindst én omskiftelig, faldende modstand (315) eller shunt til ændring af forsyningsvariablen.
6. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at forsyningsenheden (104) er således udformet, at den kan tilvejebringe en forsyningsvariabel, som er en i hovedsagen kontinuerlig variabel.
7. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den forventede variation i udgangsvariablen ved variation af forsyningsvariablen er proportional med variationen af forsyningsvariablen.
8. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at føler-arrangementet omfatter en føler med mindst én kraft- og/el-ler trykfølsom modstand eller mindst én strækføler (310a, 310b, 310c, 31 Od).
9. Bærbar infusionsindretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at føler-afprøvningsenheden (114) er således udformet, at den kan måle værdien af forsyningsvariablen.
10. Fremgangsmåde til overvågning af korrekt drift af et føler-arrangement (102, 112) i en bærbar infusionsindretning, og dette ved, at man udfører en føler-afprøvningssekvens, idet føler-arrangementet er således udformet, at det kan tilvejebringe en udgangsvariabel, som er afhængig af en infusionsvariabel og afhængig af en forsyningsvariabel, som er tilvejebragt i forbindelse med en føler (102) i føler-arrangementet (102, 112), hvilken føler-afprøvningssekvens omfatter de trin: a) at man varierer forsyningsvariablen, og b) at man bestemmer om variationen i forsyningsvariablen er afspejlet ved en forventet variation i udgangsvariablen.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved det trin, at man varierer forsyningsvariablen ved, at omskifte værdien af forsyningsvariablen mellem mindst to diskrete forsyningsniveauer.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge enten krav 10 eller krav 11, kendetegnet ved det trin, at man bestemmer, om variationen i udgangsvariablen er proportional med variationen i forsyningsvariablen.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at man varierer forsyningsvariablen, så at den forventede variation i udgangsvariablen bliver stor sammenlignet med den variation i udgangsvariablen, som hidrører fra variation i infusionsvariablen, når man udfører føler-afprøvningssekvensen.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at føler-afprøvningssekvensen udføres i definerede tidsintervaller og/eller før og/-eller under og/eller efter administrationen af lægemidlet og dette ved hjælp af infusionsindretningen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at føleren omfatter mindst en kraftfølsom og/eller trykfølsom modstand eller mindst en strækføler (310a, 310b, 310c, 31 Od).
