Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fint underopdelt isoleringsmateriale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: fremstilling af et fluidpræparat (C) ved sammenblanding af et basisk silikat, et metalhydroxid og et uigennemtrængelighedsmiddel, varmebehandling af nævnte præparat (C) for således at frembringe en flerhed af små hulrum i nævnte præparat (C), idet nævnte varmebehandling omfatter udsættelse af nævnte præparat (C) for en temperatur på mellem ca. 100 °C og 400 °C, fin underopdeling af nævnte præparat (C), kendetegnet ved, at nævnte uigennemtrængelighedsmiddel omfatter flydende silikone eller flydende silikone sammen med calciumstearat, og nævnte varmebehandling og nævnte fine underopdeling udføres i det væsentlige samtidigt i tørrings-/centrifugeringsmidler.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte fremstilling omfatter tilsætning af nævnte basiske silikat i en vægtprocent på mellem 89,9 % og 99,7 %.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor nævnte fremstilling omfatter tilsætning af nævnte metalhydroxid i en vægtprocent på mellem 0,1 % og 10 %.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte fremstilling omfatter tilsætning af nævnte uigennemtrængelighedsmiddel i en vægtprocent på mellem 0,1 % og 5 %.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der omfatter udvælgelse af nævnte basiske silikat fra en gruppe, som omfatter: natriumpolysilikat, kaliumpolysilikat.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der omfatter anvendelse af nævnte basiske silikat i en vandopløsning.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor nævnte basiske silikat tilvejebringes i en vægtprocent på mellem 25 % og 40 % i nævnte vandopløsning.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der omfatter udvælgelse af nævnte metalhydroxid fra en gruppe, der omfatter: calciumhydroxid, lithiumhydroxid, magnesiumhydroxid, aluminiumhydroxid og blandinger deraf.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte flydende silikone omfatter en siloxan.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte fremstilling omfatter tilsætning af pigmenter.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor nævnte pigmenter tilvejebringes i en vægtprocent på mellem 0,5 % og 1 %.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte varmebehandling omfatter muliggørelse af udvidelse af nævnte præparat (C) i volumen.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor nævnte fremstilling af en flerhed af små hulrum forekommer under nævnte udvidelse i volumen.
