Claims (16)
1. Offshore-placeret tungt fundament (1) til montering af en opret konstruktion, såsom en mast eller komponenter til en elektricitetsproducerende vindmøllepark, såsom et vindenergianlæg, en transformer eller en stang, og hvor fundamentet omfatter: - en bred, nedre sektion (2), som har en basisdel (6), der er således udformet, at den i det mindste delvis er i berøring med havbunden, - en øvre sektion (3), som strækker sig fra den brede, nedre sektion (2), hvilken øvre sektion er således udformet, at den strækker sig over havniveauet - hvilken nedre sektion (2) gradvis indsnævres fra basisdelen (6) og op mod en skilleflade (7) i forhold til den øvre sektion (3), og hvor den øvre sektion (3) er smallere end den brede, nedre sektion (2), - hvilken nedre sektion (2) og hvilken øvre sektion (3) i det mindste delvis er hule, og at et indre hulrum (9) i den øvre sektion kontinuerligt fortsætter over i et indre hulrum (8) i den nedre sektion, - hvilken basisdel (6) er udvidet ved hjælp afen massiv kantdel (5), som er indrettet omkring en ydre periferi af basisdelen og således udformet, at den kan forøge overfladen på fundamentet, som berører havbunden, og kan rumme massiv ballast, kendetegnet ved, at den øvre sektion (3) ender i en flange (4), som er egnet til fastgørelse af den nævnte vindmølle, hvilken flange (4) fastlægger en åbning; og at basisdelen (6) er således udformet, at den kan bære vægten af fast ballast, som er anbragt i hulrummene (8, 9) i det indre af fundamentet (1).
2. Fundament ifølge krav 1, hvor midtpunktet af basisdelen (6) er hævet (13) sammenlignet med i det mindste en del af basisdelens periferi.
3. Fundament ifølge krav 2, hvor basisdelen er i det mindste delvis konisk (13). 3
4. Fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, og som yderligere omfatter en løftekrave (14), som er anbragt på den øvre sektion (3).
5. Fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, og som yderligere omfatter en justerbar dækplade (51), som er fastgjort til flangen (4), hvorpå en opret struktur kan monteres, og som omfatter niveau-indstillingsorganer.
6. Fundament ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den nedre sektion (2) er konisk, og den øvre sektion (3) er cylindrisk.
7. Fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 6, hvor skillefladen (7) mellem den øvre sektion (3) og den nedre sektion (2) er således anbragt, at den efter installation i en dybde under kølen af et dok-fartøj, befinder sig under havets overflade.
8. Fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 4 til 7, hvor løftekranen (14) er således anbragt på den øvre sektion, at den vil befinde sig under havets overflade efter installationen i en dybde under kølen af et dok-fartøj.
9. Fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, og som yderligere omfatter en skærende kile (24), som er anbragt på kantdelen (5) eller basisdelen (6) og således udformet, at den, når den er installeret, trænger ned i havbunden.
10. Kombination af en offshore-placeret, opret komponent og et tungt fundament ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 9, hvor den oprette komponent er monteret på det tunge fundament.
11. Offshore-vindmøllepark, som omfatter mindst et tungt fundament (1) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 -9.
12. Fremgangsmåde til offshore-installation af et tungt fundament (1) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-9, og som omfatter følgende trin: 1) at man fjerner blødt eller ustabilt materiale på det sted, hvor installationen foretages, ved, at man fremstiller en fordybning (61) i havbunden, 2) at man anbringer et jævnt fundamentlag (71) i mindst en del af fordybningen (61), 3) at man transporterer det tunge fundament (1) til installationsstedet, 4) at man sænker det tunge fundament (1) ned på plads ved hjælp af en kran, 5) at man fylder hulrum (8, 9) i det tunge fundament (1) med massiv ballast via en åbning, som er tildannet ved en flange (4) på en øvre sektion (3) af det tunge fundament (1).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor trin 4) omfatter det trin, at man bryder et midlertidigt tætningsarrangement (49) i en basisdel (6) i fundamentet (1), så at vandballast kan trænge ind.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 13, og som yderligere omfatter det trin, at man efterfylder fordybningsområdet med naturligt havbundsmateriale, idet dette anbringes, så at det dækker i det mindste en del af en kantdel på fundamentet.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-14, og som yderligere omfatter det trin, at man tilfører et erosionsbeskyttelseslag til fundamentområdet.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 12-15, og som yderligere omfatter det trin, at man tilfører et armeringsklippelag til fordybningsområdet.
