Claims (15)
1. Genanvendelig energi-absorberende sammenstødsdæmper, omfattende: en basis (12); en skinne (20) anbragt på og strækkende sig langs en længde af denne basis; en flerhed af energiabsorberende moduler (14a, 14b, 14c) glidbart anbragt på skinnen; og hvor hver af de energiabsorberende moduler omfatter en første moduldel (26a) og en anden moduldel (26b) der er samlet sammen; hver af moduldelene omfatter plast og har en kombination af konkav og konveks krumning; idet hver af de energiabsorberende moduler har en reces (34) i en bundkant deraf, hvilken reces passer over skinnen for glidbart at anbringe det energiabsorberende modul på skinnen; kendetegnet ved at recessen er i en konveks krumning af en moduldelen.
2. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor hver af de energiabsorberende moduler omfatter høj-densitetspolyethylen (HDPE).
3. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, omfattende en flerhed af skærmpaneler (16) anbragt på tilgrænsende ende-mod-ende-måde langs hver side af længden af sammenstødsdæmperen, idet skærmpanelerne er anbragt til at glide sammen på teleskopisk måde under sammenstød med sammenstødsdæmperen af et køretøj.
4. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, og yderligere omfattende et næsestykke (40) anbragt nærmest på en første af de energiabsorberende moduler og glidbart anbragt på skinnen.
5. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, og yderligere omfattende en lateral støttefastholdelsesplade (44) anbragt mellem de tilgrænsende energiabsorberende moduler.
6. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 5, hvor den laterale støttefastholdelsesplade (44) er glidbart anbragt på skinnen.
7. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor et forreste (14a) af de energiabsorberende moduler er kortere i højden og et andet (14b) af de energiabsorberende moduler bagud fra det forreste modul er højere i højden, i forhold til det forreste modul.
8. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 7, hvor to tilgrænsende forreste af modulerne er kortere i højden, og de resterende af flerheden af moduler, bagud fra forreste to moduler, er højere i højden.
9. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor et bageste skærmpanel (16) på en side af dæmperen er koblet til et bageste skærmpanel (16) på den anden side af dæmperen med mindst et kabel.
10. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor skærmpanelerne hver er fastgjort til tilsvarende af de energiabsorberende moduler med clips.
11. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst én (14a) af flerheden af energiabsorberende moduler består af moduldele har en første materialetykkelse, og mindst en anden af flerheden af energiabsorberende moduler (14c) består af moduldele der har en anden materialetykkelse der er mindre end den første materialetykkelse.
12. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 11, hvor den mindst ene af flerheden af energiabsorberende moduler (14a, 14b, 14c) er anbragt bagud fra den mindst ene anden af flerheden af energiabsorberende moduler.
13. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, hvor de første og anden moduldele er fastgjort sammen på modsatrettet måde ved tilsvarende kanter deraf.
14. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 1, og yderligere omfattende en lateral støtte- afstivningsribbe anbragt mellem tilgrænsende energiabsorberende moduler.
15. Sammenstødsdæmperen ifølge krav 14, hvor den laterale støtteafstivningsribbe er glidbart anbragt på skinnen.
