Claims (8)

  1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af hæmmere af nukleosidmetabolisme
    1. Forbindelse med formlen:
    hvori Y er en ikke-substitueret eller substitueret alkyl-eller arylalkyl-gruppe med 1 til 8 carbonatomer.
  2. 2. Forbindelse ifølge krav 1, som er 3-amino-2-ethoxycarbonylpyrrol.
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af forbindelsen 3H,5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-on, omfattende trinnet med omsætning af en forbindelse med formlen (A) ifølge krav 1 med et reagens, der er i stand til at frembringe en formyl-ækvivalent.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvori reagenset, der er i stand til at frembringe en formyl-ækvivalent, er formamidinacetat.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3 eller 4, hvori forbindelsen med formlen (A) er forbindelsen 3-amino-2-ethoxycarbonylpyrrol.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forbindelse med formlen (A) ifølge krav 1 omfattende følgende trin: (a) omsætning af isoxazol med alkoxid-ioner i tilstedeværelse af en alkohol; (b) standsning af reaktionen med en syre; (c) omsætning af den resulterende reaktionsblanding med en dialkylaminomalonat; (d) isolering af en organisk fase af den resulterende reaktionsblanding og reducering af den til en rest; og (e) omsætning af resten fra den organiske fase med en base i et protisk eller aprotisk opløsningsmiddel, så der dannes en forbindelse med formlen (A).
  7. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvori forbindelsen med formlen (A) er 3-amino-2-ethoxycarbonylpyrrol, og trinnet (e) omfatter omsætning af resten fra den organiske fase med ethoxid-ioner i et overskud af ethanol.
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af forbindelsen 3H,5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-on omfattende følgende trin: (a) fremstilling af en forbindelse med formlen (A) ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7; og (b) omsætning af den således fremstillede forbindelse med formlen (A) med et reagens, der er i stand til at frembringe en formyl-ækvivalent.
