Claims (15)
1. Tinnitusbehandlingssystem, der omfatter: en tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritme med én eller flere tinnitusfrekvenser opfanget af en patient; et hus udformet til anbringelse på mindst en del af mindst én af patientens tænder (12); en aktiverbar transducer (40, 56, 66) placeret inde i eller på huset og udformet til at sende vibrationer til en overflade af den mindst ene tand, hvor huset er fastgjort til den mindst ene tand; og en processor (32, 54, 64, 94,132,184) konfigureret til at aktivere transduceren mod overfladen af den mindst ene tand ved den ene eller flere frekvenser ifølge tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen er tilpasset til at aktivere transduceren ved et første lydniveau.
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen er tilpasset til gradvist at reducere eller øge lydniveauet lineært eller ikke-lineært over et forudbestemt tidsrum.
4. System ifølge krav 2, hvor tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen er tilpasset til at bevare det første lydniveau i et forudbestemt tidsrum.
5. System ifølge krav 2, hvor tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen er tilpasset til at aktivere transduceren ved et andet lydniveau, der er lavere end eller højere end det første decibelniveau.
6. System ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter en høreapparatsanordning til forstærkning afen ekstern lyd modtaget af patienten.
7. System ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter en ekstern transmissionsenhed udformet til trådløst at sende tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen til processoren for aktivering af transduceren.
8. System ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter en mikrofon i elektrisk forbindelse med processoren og udformet til at modtage lydsignaler akustiske signaler.
9. Tinnitusbehandlingssystem, der omfatter: en tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritme med én eller flere tinnitusfrekvenser opfanget af en patient; et hus udformet til anbringelse på mindst en del af mindst én af patientens tænder (12) af en aktiverbar transducer (40, 56, 66) placeret inde i eller på huset og udformet til at sende vibrationer til en knoglestruktur hos patienten, hvor huset er fastgjort til den mindst ene tand; og en processor (32, 54, 64, 94,132,184) konfigureret til at aktivere transduceren mod knoglestrukturen ved den ene eller flere frekvenser ifølge tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen.
10. System ifølge krav 9, hvor tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen er tilpasset til at aktivere transduceren ved et første lydniveau.
11. System ifølge krav 9, der endvidere omfatter en høreapparatsanordning til forstærkning afen ekstern lyd modtaget af patienten.
12. System ifølge krav 9, der endvidere omfatter en ekstern transmissionsenhed udformet til trådløst at sende tinnitusbehandlingsalgoritmen til processoren for aktivering af transduceren.
13. System ifølge krav 9, hvor huset er udformet til placering mod en eller flere af patientens tænder.
14. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den aktiverbare transducer (40, 56, 66) er placeret langs en sideoverflade af huset, og hvor den aktiverbare transducer (40, 56, 66) er tilpasset langs en kind- eller tungeoverflade af den mindst ene tand.
15. System ifølge krav 14, hvor overfladerne omfatter kind- eller tungeoverflader af den mindst ene tand.
