Claims (12)
1. Fremgangmåde til styring af en termisk behandlingsenhed, hvor en roterende omrøringsaksel drives med en variabel rotationshastighed for etablering af en ønsket bearbejdning af et viskøst produkt, kendetegnet ved trinene for -A: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem bearbejdning og en motors moment til at drive omrøringsakskn, -B: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem viskositet og temperaturen, -C: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem motorens moment og skrabeakslens rotationshastighed ved forskellige temperaturer for det viskøse produkt, -D: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem motorens moment og skrabeakslens rotationshastighed ved forskellige grader af motorbelastning, -D: fastlæggel se af ønsket viskositet og ønsket bearbejdning, - E: beregning af motormoment ud fra de i trin A - D bestemte sammenhænge, idet der beregnes en rotationshastighed for omrøringsakslen og etableres en justering af temperaturen til etablering af korrekt motormoment.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at sammenhængen mellem bearbejdningen og motorens moment tilnsermes til en lineær funktion.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at sammenhængen mellem viskositeten og temperaturen tilnsermes til en lineær funktion.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at sammenhængen mellem motorens moment og omrøringsakslcns rotationshastighed ved givet produkttemperatur tilnærmes til en lineær funktion.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den i trin E udførte beregning foretages trinvis, idet hvert trin udføres, når der er etableret stabilitet i et foregående trin.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at motoren drives af en frekvensomformer for etablering af den variable rotationshastighed,
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at viskositeten defineres som en arbitrær parameter svarende til produktets temperatur, og angives som en % - størrelse, der kan variere mellem 0 % og 100 %.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den termiske behandlingsenhed vælges som en iskremfryser, at den roterende omrøringsaksel vælges som en skraberaksel og at det viskøse produkt vælges som en iskrem
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at skrabcakslen forsynes med knive, således at frossen is skrabes af indersiden af et fryserør.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at bearbejdningen måles i form af udkæmet fedt.
11. Termisk behandl.ingscnhed med et behandlingskammer, der har en temperatuiTe-gulering og med en deri monteret motordrevet, roterende omrøringsaksel, som er forsynet et antal omrøringsorganer, der bevirker en vis opblanding på grund af deres bevægelse gennem et viskøst produkt, hvilken enhed omfatter en tilførsel for produktet i relativ tyndtflydende form samt en styreenhed til styring af temperaturen, kendetegnet ved, at styreeoheden er indrettet for -A: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem bearbejdning og en motors moment til at drive omrøringsakslen, -B: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem viskositet og temperaturen, -C: bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem motorens moment og omroringsakslens rotationshastighed ved forskellige iskremtemperaturcr for det viskøse produkt, -D; bestemmelse af sammenhæng mellem motorens moment og Omrøringsakslens rotationshastighed ved forskellige grader af motorbelastning, -D: fastlæggelse af ønsket viskositet og ønsket bearbejdning, - E; beregning af motormoment ud fra de i trin A - D bestemte sammenhffiijge, idet der beregnes en rotationshastighed for omrøringsakslen og etableres en justering af temperaturen til etablering af korrekt motormoment.
12. Termisk behandlingsenhed ifølge krav 1),kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter en iskremfryser med et fryserer hvori en skraberaksel er monteret med knive, der dels skraber den frosne is af fryserøret og dels bevirker opblandingen.
