PATENTKRAV 1. Afisningsapparat omfattende: en turbine (100) eller en motor med et nav (16) , en rotorvinge (10) driftsmæssigt forbundet til turbinen eller motoren og forsynet med en vingerod (20) , en forkant (32), en tip (26), kendetegnet ved, at omfatte en udstrømningskanal (24) deri fra vingeroden til vingetippen, og en returkanal (30) fra vingetippen til vingeroden, hvor returkanalen er konfigureret til at recirkulere luft (28), der strømmer gennem udstrømningskanalen, tilbage til vingeroden , og en varmeindretning (12) konfigureret til at lede opvarmet luft (22) gennem udstrømningskanalen og at genopvarme nævnte recirkulerede luft. 2.
