Claims (8)
1
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et hæmokompatibelt objekt (6), i hvilken fremgangsmåde: - en støbeform (7) havende konfigurationen af objektet (6) fremstilles; - en polytetrafluorethylen-membran (1) tilpasses konfigurationen af objektet (6) ved at varme den og påføre den mod støbeformen (7) ved hjælp af en trykforskel påtrykt mellem de to sider af membranen (1); - membranen derved tilpasset afkøles mens den stadig er i støbeformen (7); og - den tilpassede membran fjernes fra støbeformen (7), kendetegnet ved at: - membranen (1) er lavet af et ekspanderet polytetrafluorethylen som ikke forud for tilpasningen til konfigurationen af objektet (6) er blevet termisk stabiliseret, og hvis fibre (3) ikke har nogen foretrukken orientering; og - membranen (1) opvarmes, mens den stadig tilpasses til konfigurationen af objektet (6), op til en temperatur over geleringspunktet af det ekspanderede polytetrafluorethylen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at membranen opvarmes med varm luft.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at temperaturen til hvilken membranen (1) opvarmes er omkring 400 °C.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved at den opvarmede membran (1) anvendes i støbeformen (7) med et vakuum igennem sidstnævnte.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved at afkølingen af den tilpassede membran accelereres.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, implementeret til fremstilling af et hæmokompatibelt objekt af kompleks konfiguration som skal danne en coating (6) til en implanterbar protese eller protesedel (4) havende 2 konfigurationen, kendetegnet ved at, efter at membranen som er tilpasset til konfigurationen af protesen eller protesedelen er blevet fjernet fra støbeformen (7), limes membranen til protesen eller protesedelen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved at, til limning af den tilpassede membran til protesen eller protesedelen (4) monteres den tilpassede membran på et oppusteligt redskab (11) af lignende form og, efter den tilpassede membran er blevet bragt i kontakt med protesen eller protesedelen via mindst et lag af klæbemiddel, oppustes redskabet (11) for at komprimere laget og sikre at det har en ensartet tykkelse. B. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved at limningen opnås ved hjælp af en elastomer, såsom en silikone.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved at det Fremstillede objekt er en hæmokompatibel coating (6) som dækker mindst en af delene af en hjerteprotese.
