Claims (15)
1. Apparat (1) til fremstilling af syntesegas omfattende en i det væsentlige cylindrisk skal (2), der er lukket af modstående endestykker (3, 4), mindst én indløbsåbning (8) til fødning af en gasformig strøm omfattende oxygen, mindst én indløbsåbning (7) til en gasformig strøm omfattende kulbrinter og mindst én udløbsåbning til en strøm af syntesegas og mindst én brænder (9) i fluid forbindelse med et reaktionskammer (15) til delvis oxidering og/eller reformering af kulbrinterne, hvorved strømmen af syntesegas opnås, hvor apparatet kendetegnes ved, at det omfatter et rør (12) af et keramisk materiale med en tykkelse på mellem 5 og 50 mm, der strækker sig inden i skallen (2), hvor røret (12) af keramisk materiale indvendigt definerer reaktionskammeret (15).
2. Apparat (1) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at røret (12) af keramisk materiale er i det væsentlige koaksialt med skallen (2).
3. Apparat (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at røret (12) af keramisk materiale har en tykkelse på mellem 20 og 50 mm.
4. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at røret (12) af keramisk materiale opnås ved ekstrudering og sintring af et keramisk materiale eller plasmaaflejringsprocedurer.
5. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det keramiske materiale, der anvendes til fremstilling af røret (12), omfatter sintrede aluminiumoxider og/eller zirkoniumoxider og/eller karbider, såsom siliciumkarbider og/eller sjældne jordoxider.
6. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at røret (12) af keramisk materiale er dannet af moduler af rørstykker, der er sammenbyggede.
7. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at røret (12) af keramisk materiale indeholder et katalytisk leje (31) i en del deraf for at dele reaktionskammeret (15) ind i to adskilte reaktionszoner (32, 33).
8. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at det yderligere omfatter et mellemrum (13) mellem røret (12) af keramisk materiale og skallen (2), hvor mellemrummet (13) er i det væsentlige fyldt med et isolerende materiale.
9. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at isoleringsmaterialet er et fibermateriale, et ikke-fiberholdigt materiale eller en blanding deraf.
10. Apparat (1) ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved at fibermaterialet eller det ikke-fiberholdige materiale er udvalgt fra gruppen omfattende ildfaste oxider, ildfaste nitrider, ildfaste karbider og kombinationer deraf.
11. Apparat (1) ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved at fibermaterialet eller det ikke-fiberholdige materiale omfatter én eller flere metalliske oxider udvalgt blandt alumina, siliciumoxider såsom silika, sjældne jord-(lanthanider)-oxider og blandinger deraf.
12. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 8 til 11, kendetegnet ved at det isolerende fyld er i form af løse fibre, bånd, filt, vævet eller uvævet stof.
13. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 8 til 12, kendetegnet ved at det isolerende fyld er i form af keramiske fibre.
14. Apparat (1) ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved at det isolerende fyld omfatter keramiske fibre fremstillet af alumina og silika.
15. Apparat (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den mindst ene brænder (9) er mindst delvist indsat i et hus (6) dannet i en dyse (4a) i den øvre bund (4) og den er forsynet med den mindst ene indløbsåbning (8) til fødning af en gasformig strøm omfattende oxygen og den mindst ene indløbsåbning (7) til en gasformig strøm omfattende kulbrinter.
