Claims (9)
1. System til kompensering af en nerveudløst eller på anden måde selvforårsaget forskydning af et væv på et pattedyr inklusive et menneske, omfattende (a) en basisdel, som er forsynet med midler til at forhindre pattedyret eller personen eller den legemsdel heraf, som omfatter vævet, i at bevæge sig, (b) en eller flere forskydningsmidler i kontakt med basisdelen, (c) et middel til prøvetagning af positionsdata fra en indeksmarkør, som er anbragt eller identificeret i eller i nærheden af vævet, (d) et middel til prøvetagning af kildeaktivitetsdata, som forudsiger forskydning af vævet, fra en eller flere forskydningskilder, hvilke kildeaktivitetsdata omfatter en eller flere af: elektromyografiske (EMG-) data fra skeletmuskulatur, især data fra åndedrætsmuskulatur (ånde-EMG), elektrokardiogram-(ECG-) data, data fra neuronal aktivitet i nervesystemet, især nervemotoriske kommandoer, (e) mikroprocessormidler til korrelation af positionsdata og kildeaktivitetsdata til at generere en forudsigelig korrespondance, (f) et middel til at styre de en eller flere forskydningsmidler ved hjælp af kildeaktivitetsdata baseret på den forudsigelige korrespondance, (g) et middel til at opdatere den forudsigelige korrespondance kontinuerligt.
2. System ifølge krav 1, og som omfatter et middel til at styre forskydningsmidlerne i forhold til acceleration og/eller hastighedsformindskelse af vævet ved hjælp af forskydningsmidlerne ved starten eller afslutningen af en forskydning.
3. System ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvorved forskydningsmidlerne er midler, som er i stand til en lineær, plan eller tredimensional forskydning.
4. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvorved bevægelsesforhindringsmidlerne er monteret i en fast eller forskydelig forbindelse med basisdelen og omfatter en ramme, som er forsynet med et eller flere låsemidler.
5. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvorved midlerne til forskydning af basisdelen eller rammen i en retning omfatter et middel til grov forskydning og et middel til fin forskydning.
6. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvorved midlerne til positionsdata-prøvetagning omfatter et højhastighedsvideokamera, laser-Doppler-forskyd-ningsregistreringsudstyr, 3-D ultralydsapparatur, magnetisk resonansapparatur, røntgenstråleapparatur.
7. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 6, hvorved forskydningsmidlerne er valgt ud fra hydrauliske midler, solenoide midler, elektriske motormidler.
8. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, hvorved indeksmarkøren er valgt ud fra et blækmærke, en farvet klæbepude, et metalimplantat, en lysudsendende diode, en vævsstruktur, et bioresorberbar stråleuigennemtrængeligt materiale.
9. System ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvorved drivmidlerne til lineær forskydning af basisdelen omfatter to eller flere drivunderdele, som arbejder i samme retning og/eller i en modsat retning.
