Claims (23)
1. Fremgangsmåde til dialkoxyaikyiering af et usubstitueret aromatisk substrat, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at omsætte det aromatiske substrat med en dialkoxyalkan i nærvær af en katalysator.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor alkoxyalkyleringen er selektiv for en ønsket substitution.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor katalysatoren er en formselektiv katalysator.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor den formselektive katalysator er en zeolit.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4, hvor zeolitten er mordenit.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor katalysatoren ikke er formselektiv og anvendes i et formselektivt miljø.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, hvor det formselektive miljø indbefatter anvendelsen af en formseiekfiv vært.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det aromatiske substrat er en mono- eller polycyclisk carbonhydridforbindeise.

11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor substratet er en polycykllsk aromatisk forbindelse med kondenserede ringe.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det aromatiske substrat er naphthalen.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor dial· koxyalkanen er en dialkoxymethan.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvor dialkoxymethanen er dimethoxymethan eller diethoxymethan.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, hvilken fremgangsmåde er et kontinuerligt væskefasesystem, der anvender et fast leje, et fiuidiseret leje eller en opslæmningsreaktor.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 15, hvilken fremgangsmåde udføres i nærvær af en formselektiv katalysator eller vært,
