Claims (15)

  1. Patentkrav
    1. Stof omfattende et antal tekstilfibre, hvilket antal af fibre omfatter fibre, som er blevet valgt fra to grupper af fibre,
    - en første gruppe af fibre (F), som omfatter flere fibre, som har en første gennemsnitlig længde (A1), og
    - en anden gruppe af fibre (X), som omfatter flere fibre, der har en anden gennemsnitlig længde (A2), hvor den første gennemsnitlige længde (A1) er kortere end den anden gennemsnitlige længde (A2), kendetegnet ved, at fibrene i den første gruppe af fibre (F) har en første længdevarians (V1), som er større end en anden længdevarians (V2) ved fibrene i den anden gruppe af fibre (X).
  2. 2. Stof ifølge krav 2, hvorved den første gruppe af fibre omfatter en blanding af polyester-(PES-)fibre og polypropylen-(PP-)fibre.
  3. 3. Stof ifølge krav 2, hvorved forholdet imellem PES-fibre og PP-fibre i den første gruppe af fibre er imellem 1:0 og 0:1.
  4. 4. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved den første gruppe af fibre udgør 50% af stoffet.
  5. 5. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved den anden gruppe af fibre omfatter 50% PET-fibre og 50% PP-fibre.
  6. 6. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved fibrene i den første gruppe af fibre har en gennemsnitlig længde på 28,5 mm og en længdevarians på 9,5 mm.
  7. 7. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved fibrene i den anden gruppe af fibre har en gennemsnitlig længde på 39 mm og en længdevarians på under 5 mm.
  8. 8. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved stoffet er et ikke-vævet stof.
  9. 9. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved antallet af fibre er valgt imellem PES-fibre, PET-fibre og PP-fibre.
  10. 10. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved PP-fibrene udgør i det mindste 50% af stoffet.
  11. 11. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved massefylden af fibrene anvendt i stoffet er imellem 1,3 dtex og 1,7 dtex.
  12. 12. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved basisvægten af stoffet er imellem 15 gsm og 35 gsm, eller imellem 20 gsm og 30 gsm.
  13. 13. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved stoffet er fremstillet under anvendelse af hydro-entanglement.
  14. 14. Stof ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvorved stoffet er tilvejebragt med en strækmaskine.
  15. 15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et stof omfattende et antal tekstilfibre, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udvælgelse af fibre fra to grupper af fibre;
    - en første gruppe af fibre (F), som omfatter flere fibre, som har en første gennemsnitlig længde (A1) og en første længdevarians (V1), og
    - en anden gruppe af fibre (X), som omfatter flere fibre, der har en anden gennemsnitlig længde (A2) og en anden længdevarians (V2), hvor den første gennemsnitlige længde (A1) er kortere end den anden gennemsnitlige længde (A2), kendetegnet ved, at den første længdevarians (V1) er større end den anden længdevarians (V2).
