Claims (14)

1. Lysanordning til simulering af en virkelig lysende flamme, hvilken lysanordning omfatter et lysemitterende panel (2), et kontrolpanel (7) og en base (3), hvor det lysemitterende panel (2) er elektrisk forbundet til kontrolpanelet (7); det lysemitterende panel (2) omfatter et PCB substrat og en flerhed af lysgivere (21), og flerheden af lysgivere (21) er arrangeret på en overflade af PCB substratet til dannelse af en display overflade; kontrolpanelet (7) er monteret på basen (3); det lysemitterende panel (2) er fast forbundet til kontrolpanelet (7)for således at blive placeret på basen (3), eller det lysemitterende panel (2) er monteret på basen (3); og display overfladen rager frem fra toppen af basen (3); og, under drift, kontrolpanelet (7)kontrollerer tænding af en del af lysgiverne (21) og/eller slukning af en del af lysgiverne (21) for således at danne en dynamisk brændende flammeeffekt på display overfladen; kendetegnet ved at PCB substratet omfatter en lysemitterende del (22) og en fastgørelsesdel (23), hvor fastgørelsesdelen (23) har et fremspring, der strækker sig udad, den lysemitterende del (22) har en flammelignende form, og display overfladen er placeret på begge sider af den lysemitterende del (22) ; og ved at lysanordningen endvidere omfatter en batteriholder, og en løftemekanisme (4); hvor basen (3) omfatter et monteringssæde (32), batteriholderen er anbragt i monteringssædet (32) og er elektrisk forbundet til kontrolpanelet (7); monteringssædet (32) har et gennemgående hul åbnet i toppen; under drift, display overfladen rager frem fra toppen af monteringssædet (32) gennem det gennemgående hul; og løftemekanismen (4) er monteret i monteringssædet (32), og en bevægelsesudgangsende deraf er forbundet til fastgørelsesdelen (23) og driver den lysemitterende del (22) til at blive skjult i monteringssædet (32) eller til at rage frem fra toppen af monteringssædet (32).
2. Lysanordning ifølge krav 1, hvor lysgiverne (21) er lysemitterende diode (LED) chips, og lysgiverne (21) har en rektangulær granulær form og er arrangeret på begge sider af PCB substratet.
3. Lysanordning ifølge krav 2, hvor lysgiverne (21) er jævnt arrangeret på begge sider af PCB substratet på en skråtstillet måde.
4. Lysanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det lysemitterende panel (2) yderligere omfatter en forbindelsesport (24), der er anbragt på en overflade af fastgørelsesdelen (23), og det lysemitterende panel (2) er elektrisk forbundet til kontrolpanelet (7) gennem forbindelsesporten (24).
5. Lysanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det lysemitterende panel (2) yderligere omfatter en LED (25), der er monteret på fastgørelsesdelen (23.

8. Lysanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det lysemitterende panel (2) og kontrolpanelet (7) er forbundet med hinanden og deler PCB substratet, og det lysemitterende panel (2) og kontrolpanelet (7) er udformet som en enhed.
9. Lysanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvilken lysanordning yderligere omfatter en flammeskal (5), der simulerer en brændende flammeform, hvor display overfladen er dækket i flammeskallen (5).
10. Lysanordning ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvilken lysanordning yderligere omfatter en pæreskal (6); hvor pæreskallen (6) er forbundet til basen (3) og dækker display overfladen.
11. Lysanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor løftemekanismen (4) omfatter et løftebord (41), en gearkasse (42) og en drivanordning (43); drivanordningen (43) driver gearkassen (42), gearkassen (42) driver løftebordet (41), og løftebordet (41) driver det lysemitterende panel (2) til at bevæge sig opefter eller nedefter.
