Abstract
一种蜡烛灯包含一蜡烛灯基座、一柱体、多个发光二极管、一控制芯片及一灯罩。该柱体具有一设立于该蜡烛灯基座上的底表面,及一由外可视的外表面。所述发光二极管布满于该柱体的外表面。该控制芯片设置于该蜡烛灯基座,用以控制所述发光二极管的发光,使所述发光二极管整体看起来像烛火般随机摇曳。该灯罩罩设于该柱体及所述发光二极管外,并结合于该蜡烛灯基座。通过布满该柱体的外表面的所述发光二极管,再配合该控制芯片去控制所述发光二极管的发光型态变换,以仿真出真实烛火的发光。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蜡烛灯,特别是指一种利用发光二极管发光的蜡烛灯。
背景技术
传统的蜡烛光源是以烛芯燃烧的方式来发光,但随着发光二极管的问世,以发光二极管取代传统的蜡烛光源的电控式蜡烛灯已普遍使用。发光二极管的优点有使用寿命长、发光效率佳及体积小等等,因而开始由使用大量的发光二极管来取代原有以烛芯燃烧发光的方式,如此一来,不但能解决蜡烛燃烧发光时间不长的问题,还能够解决蜡烛燃烧易受外界干扰而熄灭的问题。然而,现有大多数以发光二极管取代蜡烛燃烧的蜡烛灯,其发光的效果与原有真实烛火燃烧的样子相差甚远,因而仍有进一步改进的空间,并且是一个值得努力的方向。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种模拟真实烛火的蜡烛灯。
本实用新型蜡烛灯,包含:一蜡烛灯基座、一柱体、多个发光二极管、一控制芯片及一灯罩。
该柱体具有一设立于该蜡烛灯基座上的底表面,及一由外可视的外表面。所述发光二极管布满于该柱体的外表面。该控制芯片设置于该蜡烛灯基座,用以控制所述发光二极管的发光,使所述发光二极管随机部分发光部分不发光地变换发光状态。该灯罩罩设于该柱体及所述发光二极管外,并结合于该蜡烛灯基座。
较佳地,该柱体为圆柱体,该柱体的底表面为圆形,且与该蜡烛灯基座相连。
较佳地,所述发光二极管是棋盘状地均匀排列于该外表面。
较佳地,该柱体的外表面具有一与该柱体的底表面相对的圆形的顶表面,及一连接于该底表面与该顶表面间的侧表面,所述发光二极管是棋盘状地均匀排列于该侧表面,且其中一所述发光二极管设于该顶表面。
较佳地,该蜡烛灯基座具有一基座本体及一设于该基座本体顶部的基座结合部,该灯罩具有一罩于所述发光二极管及该柱体的透光的灯罩体,及一连接于该灯罩体底缘并与该蜡烛灯基座的基座结合部结合的灯罩结合部。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过布满该柱体的外表面的所述发光二极管,再配合该控制芯片去控制所述发光二极管的发光型态变换,以仿真出真实烛火的发光。

具体实施方式
在本实用新型被详细描述之前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,本实用新型所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「顶」、「底」等,仅是配合图式表示方向的术语,所以不是绝对的而是相对的。因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明,而非用来限制本实用新型。
有关本实用新型之前述及其它技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考图式之一个较佳实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚地呈现。
参阅图1与图2,本实用新型蜡烛灯的一较佳实施例,该较佳实施例包含一蜡烛灯基座1、一柱体2、多个发光二极管3、一控制芯片4及一灯罩5。
该蜡烛灯基座1具有一基座本体11及一设于该基座本体11顶部的基座结合部12,具体而言,该基座结合部12具有内螺纹。该柱体2为圆柱体,且具有一与该蜡烛灯基座1相连的圆形的底表面21,及一由外可视的外表面22。更详细来说,该柱体2的外表面22具有一与该柱体2的底表面21相对的圆形的顶表面222,及一连接于该底表面21与该顶表面222间的侧表面221。所述发光二极管3是布满于该柱体2的外表面22,且较佳是所述发光二极管3棋盘状地均匀排列于该侧表面221,且其中一所述发光二极管3设于该顶表面222。该控制芯片4设置于该蜡烛灯基座1,用以控制所述发光二极管3的发光,使所述发光二极管3整体看起来像烛火般随机摇曳,换句话说,该控制芯片4能控制所述发光二极管3的发光型态,亦即,所述发光二极管3中的部分发光二极管3发亮,而另一部分发光二极管3不发亮。该灯罩5具有一罩于所述发光二极管3及该柱体2外的透光的灯罩体51,及一连接于该灯罩体51底缘并与该蜡烛灯基座1的基座结合部12结合的灯罩结合部52,具体来说该灯罩结合部52具有与该基座结合部12相螺合的外螺纹。
参阅图3与图4,当本实用新型蜡烛灯的该较佳实施例在使用时,该控制芯片4将会控制所述发光二极管3随机部分发光部分不发光地变换发光状态。如图3所示,为了方便说明,对于每一正在发光的发光二极管3会画有斜纹表示,反之,每一未发光的发光二极管3则空白,即用不画有斜纹以代表不发光的发光二极管3,并借由该控制芯片4就能够使所述发光二极管3的发光型态从图3的发光型态变换成图4的发光型态,但其发光型态不以此为限,该控制芯片4将会以一定的频率使所述发光二极管3在各种发光型态中变换以仿真真实的烛火,使人在一适当的距离外看到本实用新型蜡烛灯的该较佳实施例时,将会看到如图5所示的如同真实烛火一样的景象。
综上所述,通过布满该柱体2的该外表面22的所述发光二极管3,再配合该控制芯片4去控制所述发光二极管3的发光型态变换,以仿真出真实烛火的发光型态,故确实能达成本实用新型之目的。

Claims (5)
1.一种蜡烛灯,包含一蜡烛灯基座及一灯罩,其特征在于:该蜡烛灯还包含一柱体、多个发光二极管及一控制芯片;
该柱体具有一设立于该蜡烛灯基座上的底表面,及一由外可视的外表面;
所述发光二极管布满于该柱体的外表面;
该控制芯片设置于该蜡烛灯基座,用以控制所述发光二极管的发光,使所述发光二极管随机部分发光部分不发光地变换发光状态;
该灯罩罩设于该柱体及所述发光二极管外,并结合于该蜡烛灯基座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜡烛灯,其特征在于:该柱体为圆柱体,该柱体的底表面为圆形,且与该蜡烛灯基座相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述发光二极管是棋盘状地均匀排列于该外表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜡烛灯,其特征在于:该柱体的外表面具有一与该柱体的底表面相对的圆形的顶表面,及一连接于该底表面与该顶表面间的侧表面,所述发光二极管是棋盘状地均匀排列于该侧表面,且其中一所述发光二极管设于该顶表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蜡烛灯,其特征在于:该蜡烛灯基座具有一基座本体及一设于该基座本体顶部的基座结合部,该灯罩具有一罩于所述发光二极管及该柱体的透光的灯罩体,及一连接于该灯罩体底缘并与该蜡烛灯基座的基座结合部结合的灯罩结合部。
