Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种高折射率的LED灯,包括灯头和罩设在该灯头上的透光的灯罩,灯头设有发光源;该灯罩的内壁为多个三角形平面构成,该灯罩的内壁上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面均不在同一平面上;该灯罩还设有一折射面,该发光源置于该灯罩内,该折射面将该发光源的光折射成多个点光源至该灯罩内壁上。本实用新型的高折射率的LED灯,通过两次折射,从而提高光线的折射效率和折射范围,达到璀璨夺目的绚丽效果。

[0002]随着电子技术的快速发展,各类电子产品,也跟着日新月异,从产品的功能到产品外观,也出现了大幅度的改变,变得功能更多更强,外观和外形更多种多样,美丽异常地吸弓丨着人们的眼球。
[0003]近年来,LED灯得到普遍的应用,在各种娱乐场所、店铺门面装饰、家居装潢、城市墙壁更是随处可见,与此同时,还有一些城市采用不同外形的LED灯打造属于自己的城市文明,塑造自己的城市魅力。目前,多功LED灯的种类多种多样,如家居装饰灯、店铺招牌灯等等。市场上产品由于受到生产成本限制,和工艺水平不够成熟,LED外壳大部分是传统的光面或者晒纹,喷沙等外壳,比较单调。
实用新型内容
[0004]本实用新型解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高折射率的LED灯,包括灯头和罩设在该灯头上的透光的灯罩,灯头设有发光源;该灯罩的内壁为多个三角形平面构成,该灯罩的内壁上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面均不在同一平面上;该灯罩还设有一折射面,该发光源置于该灯罩内,该折射面将该发光源的光折射成多个点光源至该灯罩内壁上。
[0005]与现有技术相比,具有如下积极效果:1、本实用新型的高折射率的LED灯,通过两次折射,从而提高光线的折射效率和折射范围,达到璀璨夺目的绚丽效果。
[0006]进一步,该折射面为多个三角形平面构成,该折射面上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面均不在同一平面上。使第一次折射能产生更多点光源,且点光源的折射方向更多角度。
[0007]进一步,该折射面的载体为一折射体,其设于该灯头与灯罩的衔接处,该折射体设有折射面的端面朝向发光源。使折射面的设置更为合理,安装更为方便。

[0011] 优选地,该发光源为三颗LED光源。该三颗LED光源分别为红色LED灯、蓝色LED灯和绿色LED灯,或三颗任意颜色的LED灯。理论上,能折射出(42 X 3)个点光源。作为发光源的三颗LED灯分别使用红色(R)、绿色(G)、蓝色(B)时,根据三基色原理,混合后的颜色可以产生七彩效果。

[0022]该灯罩20为两个透光的碗状的半球罩体,分别为上半球罩体23和下半球罩体25,两半球罩体相互接合形成一完整球体的灯罩20。
[0023]上半球罩体23的外壁为光滑球面,内壁为多个三角形平面组成的上折射面231。上折射面231上,每一三角形平面与其相邻的三角形平面均不在同一平面上,进一步,每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面所形成的夹角大于90°且小于180°。该上折射面231为一体成型。
[0024]上半球罩体23的圆顶处设有接入口,容第一发光源14伸入灯罩20内,且上半球罩体23的圆顶外围设有套筒状的外螺纹件,通过外螺纹件与基座12的内螺纹可拆卸连接,实现灯头10与灯罩20的可拆卸连接。
[0025]上半球罩体23内还设有第一折射体27,其下端连接上半球罩体23的接入口处,其上端的版面为设有由多个三角形平面组成的第一折射面271。第一折射面271上,每一三角形平面与其相邻的三角形平面均不在同一平面上,进一步,每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面所形成的夹角大于90°且小于180°。第一折射体27设有容第一发光源14穿过的通道。

[0028]使用时,安装本实施例1,将灯头10与上半球罩体23螺纹相接,将上半球罩体23和下半球罩体25接合。第一发光源14自上半球罩体23的接入口进入,贯穿第一折射体27,进入灯罩20内。灯头10接电,第一发光源14发光,射向第一折射体27的光通过第一折射面271获得第一次折射,形成多点光源,折射后的光源传递到第二折射面上,获得第二次折射,并从透光的灯罩20中向外界发出光亮。光线从第一发光源14发出来后,经过两次折射,从而提高光线的折射效率和折射范围,达到璀璨夺目的绚丽效果。

[0031] 具体地,该灯头10包括一基座12和一第二发光源16,该基座12带有第二发光源16的一端设有内螺纹,基座12的另一端连接供电插座。该第二发光源16为三颗LED光源,该三颗LED光源可以为同色系光源,也可以为不同颜色系光源。优选为,三颗LED光源分别是红色LED灯(R)、绿色LED灯(G)和蓝色LED灯(B)。

[0038]使用时,安装本实施例2,将灯头10与上半球罩体23螺纹相接,将上半球罩体23和下半球罩体25接合。第二发光源16自上半球罩体23的接入口进入,贯穿第二折射体29,进入灯罩20内。灯头10接电,第二发光源16发光,射向第二折射体29的光通过第三折射面291获得第一次折射,形成多点光源,折射后的光源传递到第四折射面上,获得第二次折射,并从透光的灯罩20中向外界发出光亮。尤其是,作为发光源的三颗LED灯分别使用红色(R)、绿色(G)、蓝色(B),根据三基色原理,混合后的颜色可以产生七彩效果,再加上控制器来控制三颗LED灯的亮度和点亮时间,产生动感的变幻效果,使混合后的颜色更加丰富多彩。混合后的光线最终经过透光的灯罩20折射出来。光线从第二发光源16发出来后,经过两次折射,从而提高光线的折射效率和折射范围,达到璀璨夺目的绚丽效果。

1.一种高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:包括灯头和罩设在该灯头上的透光的灯罩,灯头设有发光源;该灯罩的内壁为多个三角形平面构成,该灯罩的内壁上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面均不在同一平面上;该灯罩还设有一折射面,该发光源置于该灯罩内,该折射面将该发光源的光折射成多个点光源至该灯罩内壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该折射面为多个三角形平面构成,该折射面上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面均不在同一平面上。
3.如权利要求2所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该折射面的载体为一折射体,其设于该灯头与灯罩的衔接处,该折射体设有折射面的端面朝向发光源。
4.如权利要求3所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该折射面上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面所形成的夹角大于90°且小于180°。
5.如权利要求4所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该灯罩的内壁上的每一三角形平面与其相邻的任一三角形平面所形成的夹角大于90°且小于180°。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该发光源为单颗LED光源。
7.如权利要求1至5任一项所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该发光源为三颗LED光源。
8.如权利要求7所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该三颗LED光源分别为红色LED灯、蓝色LED灯和绿色LED灯。
9.如权利要求8所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该灯罩为两个透光的碗状的半球罩体,两半球罩体相互接合形成一完整球体。
10.如权利要求1所述高折射率的LED灯,其特征在于:该灯头与灯罩通过螺纹衔接。
