Abstract
本发明公开了一种模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,包括底座、螺口、发光组件、灯罩和控制线路板,所述底座和螺口螺纹连接,所述控制线路板设置在底座内,其特征在于:所述发光组件由三块灯源板组成,所述灯源板包括PCB板和PCB板两侧设置的LED灯珠组,所述灯源板插接在控制线路板上,且三块灯源板两两之间呈120°夹角分布,所述LED灯珠组与控制线路板电连,所述灯罩罩在发光组件外侧,并与底座固定连接,所述模拟动态3D火焰的灯具通过控制线路板可控制灯源板上的LED灯珠亮灭形成动态的3D火焰效果,且所述模拟动态3D火焰的灯具从任何角度看都可看到3D火焰效果,动态火焰效果更加真实。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其设计一种模拟动态3D火焰的灯具。
背景技术
传统的带火焰的灯具是通过燃烧发光,存在环境污染、浪费能源等问题,且传统带火焰的灯具还存在火灾隐患,以逐渐从市场上淘汰,但某些特殊的场合,如寺庙蜡烛、生日蜡烛等等还需要使用这种带有火焰的灯具,目前、市场上也存在一些模拟火焰的灯具,但仍然火焰效果不是很真实,且存在一些观察死角,使一些角度看不出火焰效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可模拟出动态3D火焰的灯具。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,包括底座、螺口、发光组件、灯罩和控制线路板,所述底座和螺口螺纹连接,所述控制线路板设置在底座内,所述发光组件由三块灯源板组成,所述灯源板包括PCB板和PCB板两侧设置的LED灯珠组,所述灯源板插接在控制线路板上,且三块灯源板两两之间呈120°夹角分布,所述LED灯珠组与控制线路板电连,所述灯罩罩在发光组件外侧,并与底座固定连接。
进一步的,所述控制线路板上包括点阵控制芯片、MCU和重力传感器。
进一步的,所述灯源板均由两块单面设置有LED灯珠组的PCB板背向粘合到一起制成。
进一步的,所述灯源板均由一块两面均设置有LED灯珠组的PCB板制成。
进一步的,所述控制线路板上设置有一块定位板,所述定位板上开设有定位孔,所述灯源板穿过所述定位孔插接到控制线路板上。
进一步的,所述灯罩采用磨砂玻璃制成。
本发明的有益效果为:所述模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,通过控制线路板控制灯源板上的LED灯珠组内的灯珠亮暗及开关,可模拟真实情况下3D火焰的效果,且通过三块灯源板两两之间呈120°夹角分布,可使灯具从360°都可观察到3D火焰的效果,且所述灯具的外罩采用磨砂板制成,使火焰看上去更加真实。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1、图2所示,所述模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,括底座2、螺口1、发光组件、灯罩5和控制线路板3,所述底座2和螺口1螺纹连接,所述控制线路板3设置在底座内,所述控制线路板3上设置有一块定位板31,所述定位板31上开设有三个定位孔,所述发光组件由三块灯源板4组成,所述灯源板4由一块两边均连接有LED灯珠组的PCB板制成,也可由两块单面连接有LED灯珠组的PCB板向粘合到一起制成,所述灯源板4下端设置有连接凸块,所述凸块配合定位板将灯源板4定位连接到控制线路板3上,所述三块灯源板4以定位板圆心为中心两两之间呈120°夹角分布,所述灯源板4上的LED灯珠组与控制线路板3电连,所述控制线路板3上包括点阵控制芯片、MCU和重力传感器,所述点阵控制芯片可控制LED灯珠实现每颗LED灯珠的256级亮暗调整,所述MCU电连点阵控制芯片,通过点阵控制芯片控制每颗LED灯珠的亮灭,所述重力传感器也与MCU电连,通过MCU控制保证灯具的火焰效果永远保持向上的状态,使火焰更加真实,所述灯罩5由磨砂板制成,所述灯罩5罩在发光组件外侧,并与底座2固定连接,通过磨砂板制造朦胧效果,使火焰看上去更加真实。
所述模拟动态3D火焰的灯具安装完成后,通过控制电线路板控制三块灯源板上的LED灯珠亮灭可形成动态的3D火焰效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,包括底座、螺口、发光组件、灯罩和控制线路板,所述底座和螺口螺纹连接,所述控制线路板设置在底座内,其特征在于:所述发光组件由三块灯源板组成,所述灯源板包括PCB板和PCB板两侧设置的LED灯珠组,所述灯源板插接在控制线路板上,且三块灯源板两两之间呈120°夹角分布,所述LED灯珠组与控制线路板电连,所述灯罩罩在发光组件外侧,并与底座固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,其特征在于:所述控制线路板上包括点阵控制芯片、MCU和重力传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯源板均由两块单面设置有LED灯珠组的PCB板背向粘合到一起制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯源板均由一块两面均设置有LED灯珠组的PCB板制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,其特征在于:所述控制线路板上设置有一块定位板,所述定位板上开设有定位孔,所述灯源板穿过所述定位孔插接到控制线路板上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模拟动态3D火焰的灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩采用磨砂板制成。
