本实用新型涉及灯具领域,具体提供一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,包括基板、具有控制电路的电路板、切换开关和灯珠;所述灯珠排列于基板;所述控制电路包括的效果控制电路模块与灯珠连接,并按照一定时序输出信号控制灯珠亮灭、亮度,模拟火焰效果;切换开关与效果控制电路模块连接,用于切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果。本实用新型LED灯通过切换开关切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果,尤其是当切换开关采用重力感应开关时,倒置灯具则自动获得反向火焰效果,火焰效果十分逼真,趣味性十足。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具领域,具体提供一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,LED的应用场合越来越多,LED路灯、庭院灯各种泛光灯的多彩照明,可使得广场、庭院等地方更加生动活泼,不同的色调可为周围环境带来不一样的渲染效果。
除了照明效果以外,一些灯具也兼有装饰效果。模拟火焰燃烧的跳跃闪动效果的火焰灯就是其中一种追求装饰效果的灯具。传统的火焰灯是利用石英灯泡点亮的同时用风机吹起红色丝绸带,石英灯泡的光照射在晃动的红色丝绸带看起来好像是燃烧的火焰。风机会带来噪音;丝绸带容易发生缠绕打结、破损等故障。
申请人从事多年的LED火焰灯技术开发,曾开发一系列的LED火焰灯,但均系固定火焰方向的LED灯。若开发一种灯具在倒置时自动切换火焰方向,则更具趣味性,火焰效果更为逼真。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯。
为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型LED灯包括基板、具有控制电路的电路板、切换开关和灯珠;所述灯珠排列于基板;所述控制电路包括的效果控制电路模块与灯珠连接,并按照一定时序输出信号控制灯珠亮灭、亮度,模拟火焰效果;切换开关与效果控制电路模块连接,用于切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果。
优选的,所述基板为一个卷曲的柔性电路板,可以是圆筒状。灯珠排列于基板的外表面。
优选的,所述效果控制电路模块包括模拟正向火焰效果的第一效果控制模块和模拟反向火焰效果的第二效果控制模块;所述切换开关与第一效果控制模块、第二效果控制模块连接。
优选的,所述切换开关为重力感应开关。
优选的,每一灯珠的一端与效果控制电路模块的一个I/O端连接,另一端与恒压电源连接。
优选的,所述效果控制电路模块、切换开关连接恒压电源。
优选的,所述灯珠在基板上错位阵列布置。即下一行的灯珠横向位于上一行灯珠的相邻两个灯珠之间。
优选的,效果控制电路模块包括Cortex的N76E003芯片,与恒压电源连接组成的一个N76E003芯片小系统,模拟PWM控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。N76E003芯片的RST引脚连接切换开关和限流电阻,限流电阻的另一端与恒压电源的正极连接,切换开关的另一端接地,切换开关切换时RST引脚获得高低电平变化;N76E003芯片的AIN引脚串联分压电阻后连接恒压电源的正极,同时连接并联的滑动变阻器和轻触开关后接地;N76E003芯片的GND引脚接地,VDD引脚连接恒压电源的正极,GND引脚与VDD引脚之间连接电容;N76E003芯片的其余引脚均可连接灯珠并输出模拟PWM信号或高低电平信号来控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。所述N76E003芯片的任一I/O端引脚功能都是相同的,因此不同引脚之间可以相互对调,上述对引脚的描述不视为对本实用新型保护范围的限制。
优选的,还包括包覆于基板外部的灯壳,灯壳下端连接一手柄,手柄上设有总开关;总开关串接于恒压电源的输出端。
本实用新型LED灯通过切换开关切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果,尤其是当切换开关采用重力感应开关时,倒置灯具则自动获得反向火焰效果,火焰效果十分逼真,趣味性十足。采用Cortex的N76E003芯片模拟PWM控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度可以最大程度地简化电路。灯珠与效果控制电路模块的I/O端一一对应连接,相对于传统的行、列扫描点亮灯珠,频率更低,能耗更少,可以延长电池的续航时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型优选实施例进行进一步说明:
如图1所示,LED灯包括包覆于基板03外部的灯壳01,灯壳的下端连接一手柄02,手柄上设有总开关04;总开关串接于恒压电源的输出端。
LED灯包括基板、具有控制电路的电路板、切换开关和灯珠。所述灯珠排列于基板。所述控制电路包括的效果控制电路模块与灯珠连接,并按照一定时序输出信号控制灯珠亮灭、亮度,模拟火焰效果。切换开关与效果控制电路模块连接,用于切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果。所述基板为一个卷曲的圆筒状的柔性电路板。灯珠排列于基板的外表面。所述效果控制电路模块包括模拟正向火焰效果的第一效果控制模块和模拟反向火焰效果的第二效果控制模块;所述切换开关为重力感应开关,与第一效果控制模块、第二效果控制模块连接。电路原理框图如图2所示:切换开关连接第一效果控制模块、第二效果控制模块、恒压电源;第一效果控制模块、第二效果控制模块分别与灯珠连接。
所述灯珠应至少包括三行四列12个灯珠。灯珠的密度越大、数量越多能够获得的火焰效果越逼真,但相应的制造成本会提高。三维火焰效果应保证从任何方向可以看到至少三行三列灯珠。事实上三行四列灯珠获得的火焰效果已经存在较大失真。灯珠数量不少于四行四列16个灯珠,才能获得逼真的火焰效果。如图3所示,所述基板上包括LED1-8、LED1’-8’,共16个灯珠。
图4、图5为基板上的灯珠布线原理图。图6为效果控制电路模块布线原理图。灯珠LEDn(LEDn’)的一端连接恒压电源的正极,另一端串联限流电阻Rn(Rn’)后连接三极管Jn(Jn’)的集电极。三极管的基极An(Bn’)连接N76E003芯片(U1)的相应I/O引脚。三极管的发射极接地。N76E003芯片与恒压电源连接组成的一个N76E003芯片小系统,模拟PWM控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。N76E003芯片的GND引脚接地,VDD引脚连接恒压电源的正极,GND引脚与VDD引脚之间连接电容C1、C2。N76E003芯片的其余引脚均可连接灯珠并输出模拟PWM信号或高低电平信号来控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。如图7所示,N76E003芯片的RST引脚(K1)连接重力感应开关S1和限流电阻R17,限流电阻的另一端与恒压电源的正极连接,重力感应开关S1的另一端接地,重力感应开关正向或倒立时RST引脚获得高低电平变化。如图8所示,N76E003芯片的AIN引脚(K2)串联分压电阻R18后连接恒压电源的正极,同时连接并联的滑动变阻器R19和轻触开关S2后接地。轻触开关S2用于开启或关闭LED灯,安装在手柄上。

Claims (9)

1.一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:包括基板、具有控制电路的电路板、切换开关和灯珠;所述灯珠排列于基板;所述控制电路包括的效果控制电路模块与灯珠连接,并按照一定时序输出信号控制灯珠亮灭、亮度,模拟火焰效果;切换开关与效果控制电路模块连接,用于切换输出不同时序的信号获得不同状态的模拟火焰效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述切换开关为重力感应开关。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述效果控制电路模块包括模拟正向火焰效果的第一效果控制模块和模拟反向火焰效果的第二效果控制模块;所述切换开关与第一效果控制模块、第二效果控制模块连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:效果控制电路模块包括Cortex的N76E003芯片,与恒压电源连接组成的一个N76E003芯片小系统,模拟PWM控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:N76E003芯片的RST引脚连接切换开关和限流电阻,限流电阻的另一端与恒压电源的正极连接,切换开关的另一端接地,切换开关切换时RST引脚获得高低电平变化;N76E003芯片的AIN引脚串联分压电阻后连接恒压电源的正极,同时连接并联的滑动变阻器和轻触开关后接地;N76E003芯片的GND引脚接地,VDD引脚连接恒压电源的正极,GND引脚与VDD引脚之间连接电容;N76E003芯片的其余引脚均可连接灯珠并输出模拟PWM信号或高低电平信号来控制灯珠的亮灭、亮度。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述基板为圆筒状的柔性电路板,灯珠排列于基板的外表面。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯珠在基板上错位阵列布置,即下一行的灯珠横向位于上一行灯珠的相邻两个灯珠之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:每一灯珠的一端与效果控制电路模块的一个I/O端连接,另一端与恒压电源连接。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种方便切换火焰方向的LED灯,其特征在于:还包括包覆于基板外部的灯壳,灯壳下端连接一手柄,手柄上设有总开关;总开关串接于恒压电源的输出端。
