本实用新型涉及灯具领域,具体提供一种仿真火焰效果的三维火焰灯,包括一榄核形的灯壳,灯壳内设有一个卷曲的灯板;所述灯板包括一柔性电路板,柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,柔性电路板的外表面设有若干LED灯珠;LED灯珠电连接一控制模块。本实用新型三维火焰灯的灯壳呈榄核形,整体接近于真实火焰的形状;灯壳内的柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,从四周和俯视角度均可看到LED灯珠的发光,真正获得三维、仿真的火焰效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具领域,具体提供一种仿真火焰效果的三维火焰灯。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,LED的应用场合越来越多,LED路灯、庭院灯各种泛光灯的多彩照明,可使得广场、庭院等地方更加生动活泼,不同的色调可为周围环境带来不一样的渲染效果。
除了照明效果以外,一些灯具也兼有装饰效果。模拟火焰燃烧的跳跃闪动效果的火焰灯就是其中一种追求装饰效果的灯具。传统的火焰灯是利用石英灯泡点亮的同时用风机吹起红色丝绸带,石英灯泡的光照射在晃动的红色丝绸带看起来好像是燃烧的火焰。风机会带来噪音;丝绸带容易发生缠绕打结、破损等故障。
申请人从事多年的LED火焰灯技术开发,曾开发一系列的LED火焰灯,如CN204554684U号中国专利公开的“360度LED发光火焰灯”,系采用阵列LED仿真火焰效果,绕灯具一周均能看到火焰效果。但该灯具从上俯视时无法观测到火焰效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种从四周及俯视均能观测到火焰效果的三维火焰灯。
为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型三维火焰灯包括一榄核形的灯壳,灯壳内设有一个卷曲的灯板。所述灯板包括一柔性电路板,柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,柔性电路板的外表面设有若干阵列的LED灯珠。LED灯珠电连接一按照一定时序输出信号控制LED灯珠亮灭、亮度的控制模块。柔性电路板与电源连接。
优选地,灯壳下端连接灯头,柔性电路板与灯头电连接。通过灯头可以连接市电。在灯头内设置有变压、稳压电路可以使得三维火焰灯工作更加稳定。
优选地,柔性电路板与电池连接。由于LED灯珠的功率小,驱动电压低,可以连接纽扣电池、锂电池等电源使用。安装电池的三维火焰灯方便移动使用。
优选地,柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部前展开呈扇形。将两直线边接合后呈锥形。
优选地,卷曲装入灯壳内部前展开的柔性电路板的下部呈扇环形或矩形,从扇环形或矩形的上边向上延伸若干齿条。该齿条也是柔性电路板的一部分,由整块的柔性电路板裁剪而成。齿条上设有LED灯珠。柔性电路板的下部的两侧边接合后,柔性电路板整体装入榄核形灯壳内。齿条在灯壳挤压作用下顶端合拢,使得从上俯视时也能看到三维火焰灯的灯光。柔性电路板的下部呈矩形应为柔性电路板结构的最佳方案:柔性电路板的下部卷曲后呈圆柱形,LED灯珠均朝水平方向,容易获得更逼真的仿真效果。柔性电路板采用该结构的另一个优势是加工工艺方便。
本实用新型三维火焰灯的工作原理为:在控制模块的信号控制下,柔性电路板上阵列的LED灯珠按照设定的顺序亮灭和调节不同的亮度,从而产生晃动的火焰效果。
本实用新型三维火焰灯的灯壳呈榄核形,整体接近于真实火焰的形状;灯壳内的柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,从四周和俯视角度均可看到LED灯珠的发光,真正获得三维、仿真的火焰效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型优选实施例进行进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型三维火焰灯包括一榄核形的灯壳01,灯壳01内设有一个卷曲的灯板02。所述灯板包括一柔性电路板,柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,柔性电路板的外表面设有若干阵列的LED灯珠23。LED灯珠电连接一按照一定时序输出信号控制LED灯珠亮灭、亮度的控制模块24。灯壳01下端连接灯头03,灯板的柔性电路板与灯头电连接。三维火焰灯通过灯头与电源连接。在灯头内设置变压、稳压电路可以使得三维火焰灯工作更加稳定。柔性电路板的展开形状可以是扇形、扇环形或者是矩形。
如图2的矩形柔性电路板为能达到技术效果又工艺方便的技术方案。灯板02由矩形柔性电路板卷曲而成。矩形柔性电路板的下部21呈矩形,从矩形的上边向上延伸若干齿条22。该齿条也是矩形柔性电路板的一部分,由整块的柔性电路板裁剪而成。矩形柔性电路板上设有LED灯珠23。矩形柔性电路板的下部的两侧边接合后,矩形柔性电路板整体装入榄核形灯壳内。齿条在灯壳挤压作用下顶端合拢,使得从上俯视时也能看到三维火焰灯的灯光。矩形柔性电路板的下部卷曲后呈圆柱形,LED灯珠均朝水平方向,容易获得更逼真的仿真效果。柔性电路板采用该结构的另一个优势是加工工艺方便。
图3的扇环形柔性电路板可作为图2的矩形柔性电路板的替代方案。灯板02由扇环形柔性电路板卷曲而成。扇环形柔性电路板的下部21呈扇环形,从扇环形的上边向上延伸若干齿条22。该齿条也是扇环形柔性电路板的一部分,由整块的柔性电路板裁剪而成。扇环形柔性电路板上设有LED灯珠23。
图4的扇形柔性电路板也可以作为图2的矩形柔性电路板的替代方案。灯板02由扇形柔性电路板卷曲而成。扇形柔性电路板上设有LED灯珠23。
本实用新型三维火焰灯的柔性电路板的两侧边接合后,柔性电路板整体装入榄核形灯壳内呈近似锥形。从上俯视时也能看到三维火焰灯的灯光,真正获得三维的火焰效果。

Claims (6)

1.三维火焰灯,其特征在于:包括一榄核形的灯壳,灯壳内设有一个卷曲的灯板;所述灯板包括一柔性电路板,柔性电路板卷曲装入灯壳内部后整体呈近似锥形,柔性电路板的外表面设有若干LED灯珠;LED灯珠电连接一控制模块。
2.如权利要求1所述的三维火焰灯,其特征在于:灯壳下端连接灯头,柔性电路板与灯头电连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的三维火焰灯,其特征在于:在灯头内设有变压、稳压电路。
4.如权利要求1所述的三维火焰灯,其特征在于:卷曲装入灯壳内部前展开的柔性电路板的下部呈矩形,从矩形的上边向上延伸若干齿条。
5.如权利要求1所述的三维火焰灯,其特征在于:卷曲装入灯壳内部前展开的柔性电路板的下部呈扇环形,从扇环形的上边向上延伸若干齿条。
6.如权利要求1所述的三维火焰灯,其特征在于:卷曲装入灯壳内部前展开的柔性电路板呈扇形。
