Abstract

Description

一种模拟烛光的发光装置 技术领域
本发明属于照明装置技术领域,具体涉及一种模拟烛光的发光装置。
背景技术
随着电子照明设备的普遍使用,传统的蜡烛由于其安全性低、资源耗费大、烟雾污染空气等缺点逐渐退出照明市场,但由于其产生的烛光具有观赏性和情趣性,能营造温馨浪漫的环境氛围,因此在酒吧、舞厅、咖啡厅、居室等逐渐出现了各种模拟烛光的电子灯具,以满足人们对生活品质的要求。
但现有的模拟烛光的装饰照明装置,有的模拟不逼真,把摆动结构置于火焰片的下方,导致火焰片在摆动结构作用下主要是上下方向晃动,而传统的蜡烛点燃后产生的火焰晃动是由于外部风力导致火焰左右摇曳闪烁,把摆动结构置于火焰片下方达不到烛光左右摇曳闪烁逼真的效果,缺少使其看起来更形象的“动感”,而且摆动结构设于火焰片下方导致占用空间较大,使整个装置的体积变大,设计不够灵活。有的结构复杂,零件较多,导致工艺制作的难度增加,制作成本较高。
因此,一种能够产生更加形象动感的烛光且成本低的发光装置是发明人所关注的重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决以上的不足,提供了一种模拟烛光的发光装置,该发光装置产生的烛光更加形象和逼真,且制作工艺简单、成本低,将会吸引更多的消费者使用。
为了实现本发明目的所采取的技术方案是一种模拟烛光的发光装置,包括机座、火焰片、发光元件和摆动结构,所述火焰片包括相互连接的上火焰片和下摆部,所述上火焰片为模拟烛光部分,所述下摆部使火焰片的重心下移;所述火焰片上设有通孔,所述火焰片一侧设有支撑轴,所述支撑轴包括竖直部,以及与竖直部连接且穿过所述通孔的水平部;所述发光元件的出光方向朝向上火焰片;所述摆动结构包括磁性体和线圈,所述磁性体设于下摆部的内部且高于下摆部的底面,所述线圈位于下摆部的侧部,且线圈的中轴线与磁性体相对。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明中摆动结构的磁性体设于火焰片下摆部的内部且高于下摆部的底面,线圈位于下摆部的侧部,且线圈的中轴线与磁性体相对,摆动结构的侧向驱动使得火焰片在左右方向受到的驱动力更直接,能够更加像真火焰那样左右灵活摇曳,提高了烛光的逼真性,使其更加形象动感;
而且摆动结构侧向设置使整个发光装置在横向和纵向的空间均得以有效利用,克服了 传统摆动结构上下设置而导致需在火焰片下方再留置安装空间的缺点,本发明的结构更加紧凑,节省了制作材料成本。
2、本发明发光装置的结构简单、安装合理,磁性体设于火焰片内部,不仅增强了磁性体的隐蔽性,实现了对摆动结构的进一步保护,而且使火焰片在摆动结构作用下左右摇曳时,发光装置的整体稳定性增强,进一步提高了火焰的逼真性;
支撑轴的水平部穿过火焰片通孔,由于火焰片下摆部的重量大于上火焰片的重量,使火焰片很容易在自身重力作用下垂直悬挂,且更易在外力作用下左右晃动,制作工艺简单且成本低。
3、本发明中磁性体和线圈侧向对应设置使得火焰片在晃动过程中不会产生噪音,使本发明在使用时能够产生更加静谧和浪漫的氛围,满足消费者对环境氛围的要求。
优选的,所述下摆部包括连接部和位于连接部下方的柱体,所述通孔设于连接部上,所述磁性体设于所述柱体内部。
优选的,所述磁性体位于所述柱体内的中部。
下摆部中的连接部和柱体使得整个火焰片的重心下移,火焰片不受外力作用时可在自重作用下垂直悬挂;磁性体在柱体内部的设计,在实现侧向驱动的基础上,不仅提高了磁性体的隐蔽性,而且使得整个发光装置的平衡感更好、火焰片摇曳时发光装置的整体稳定性增强。
优选的,所述磁性体位于所述柱体内的侧面。
将磁性体设于柱体内部侧面,由于柱体侧面为竖直面,磁性体与线圈中心轴更易对准,驱动方向更加准确,驱动更直接。
该方案中磁性体和线圈可以分别为一个,同时还可在所述柱体内部的另一侧面设置平衡块,且平衡块与磁性体以柱体中心轴为中心对称设置。平衡块可以是磁性体或其他材质。
当然,磁性体和线圈也可以为多个,多个磁性体沿下摆部内的底部侧面周向分布,多个线圈分别与磁性体对应设置。
优选的,所述通孔顶部设有向下凸起的舌片,所述水平部上设有与所述舌片相互匹配的凹槽。
支撑轴水平部上与通孔连接的位置设有凹槽,安装火焰片时,火焰片通孔上的舌片落在水平部的凹槽内,在支撑火焰片的同时,对火焰片起到了很好的限位作用,当发光装置倾斜或倾倒时,火焰片不会脱离支撑轴,进一步提高了火焰的逼真性;
凹槽可以为半球形,且舌片为圆弧形,使舌片和凹槽的接触面更加圆滑,将两者之间的磨损降到最低。
优选的,还包括设于所述机座上的支撑体和上盖,所述上盖和支撑体上下配合形成容纳所述火焰片、摆动结构和发光元件的空腔;所述上盖顶部设有一上盖通孔,所述上火焰片显露于所述上盖通孔外,上盖底部设有第一卡扣;所述支撑体内设有第一支架和第二支架,第一支架和第二支架相对设置;所述支撑轴的竖直部底端固定在所述第一支架上,所 述水平部的端部悬空;所述发光元件固定在所述第二支架上;所述支撑体底部设有电路板,电路板分别与发光元件和线圈连接;支撑体上还设有与所述第一卡扣相互匹配的第二卡扣。
上盖和支撑体通过第一卡扣和第二卡扣上下相互扣合,实现了对火焰片、摆动结构和发光元件的限位和保护作用。第一支架可以是上侧开口的中空结构,支撑轴竖直部的底端插接在中空结构内,火焰片通孔上的舌片和水平部上的半球形凹槽相互匹配结合,将火焰片悬挂起来,安装非常方便。
优选的,所述发光元件外部套有透镜支撑筒,所述透镜支撑筒包括竖直向上的延伸部,以及与延伸部连接朝向上火焰片的倾斜部,所述透镜支撑筒的出光口上设有透镜。
通过透镜将光线进行汇聚,使投射到上火焰片的光线亮度更高,更加逼真。
优选的,所述透镜支撑筒内设有导光材料。
如此设计使得透镜支撑筒在支撑透镜的同时,对发光元件发出的光线更好的进行导向,减少了光线的散射和损失。
优选的,所述机座为中空结构,中空结构底部设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有RGB发光元件。
所述RGB发光元件是指包含有R(Red红)、G(Green绿)、B(Blue蓝)三种颜色LED芯片的发光元件。RGB发光元件的光线向上射出,将中空结构的机座内部照亮,通过PCB板控制RGB发光元件的颜色和亮度,使本发明在实现模拟烛光的基础上,同时机身呈现出多种颜色变化,更添一份浪漫格调。
在此基础上,本发明还可以通过外界的移动智能终端进行控制:PCB主板可以接收由移动智能终端通过wifi或者蓝牙或者ZigBee等无线传输方式传送的控制信号,利用该控制信号控制RGB发光元件的颜色和亮度,使发光装置机身产生随移动智能终端的控制信号不断变换的彩色光,具有更丰富的氛围渲染功能,进一步提高了浪漫格调,深得消费者喜爱。
优选的,还包括光能收集板,所述光能收集板位于所述发光元件和火焰片之间,用于吸收所述发光元件的余光和/或火焰片的反射光,所述光能收集板与所述线圈和/或发光元件连接。
光能收集板将吸收到的光转化为电能,并将电能供给线圈,使线圈产生电磁场,驱动带有磁性体的火焰片左右晃动;或者将电能供给发光元件,如此设计使得照射过程中产生的余光得到充分利用,减少了内置电源或外置电源的消耗量,节能环保,使本发明的发光装置向“绿色照明装置”靠近。
优选的,所述机座底部设有用于安装电源的容置腔,所述容置腔为横向设置的长方形结构,在容置腔内一端设有导电弹片。
所述导电弹片通过柔性PCB材料或铜线等导电材料与所述电路板和PCB板连接。
本发明可以使用外置电源,也可以使用内置电源。使用内置电源时,可将多节电池横向排列放置于长方形容置腔内,横向排列放置有效利用了发光装置的结构空间,减小了发光装置纵向空间上的占有率和制作时材料的损耗。尤其若该发光装置机身上装有彩色发光 元件,彩色发光元件照亮机身时,使从外观看起来机身底座的阴影面积更小,整个发光装置更加像传统的蜡烛。
优选的,所述上火焰片的中部设有竖向条缝。所述竖向条缝可以为直线型,也可以为曲线型。
此处的“中部”指上火焰片裸露在发光装置顶部外的根部处。
使用该发光装置时,发光元件的光投射到上火焰片上,火焰片中部的竖向条缝处为暗区,看起来就像是发光装置的灯芯,使模拟效果更加逼真。
优选的,还包括套在所述机座外部的圆柱形外壳,所述外壳上表面设有供所述上火焰片摆动的通孔,且外壳上表面为不规则的凹凸形状。
外壳的凹凸状不规则表面使本发明在使用过程中像传统蜡烛燃烧造成蜡体不平整的感觉一样,使其从外观看起来就像是传统蜡烛。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步说明:
实施例一:
参照附图1至附图7所示,一种模拟烛光的发光装置,包括外壳1,外壳1内部设有机座5、火焰片、发光元件71和摆动结构。
所述机座5上设有支撑体52和位于支撑体52上的上盖51,所述上盖51顶部开有一上盖通孔51a,上盖51底部周向设有第一卡扣51b。支撑体52上周向设有第二卡扣52a,第一卡扣51b与第二卡扣52a相互卡合使得上盖51和支撑体52上下配合,以形成容纳所述火焰片、摆动结构和发光元件71的空腔。
所述火焰片包括相互连接的上火焰片21和下摆部22,所述上火焰片21为模拟烛光部 分,上火焰片21显露于上盖通孔51a外部。下摆部22具体包括连接部221和连接在连接部下方的柱体222,本实施例中的连接部221为类三角锥形片状结构,且其腰部向外凸出,柱体222为水平设置的类圆柱体状结构。下摆部22的重量大于上火焰片21的重量,下摆部22使火焰片的重心下移。所述连接部221上设有火焰片通孔22a,所述通孔顶部22a设有向下凸起的舌片22b。所述支撑体52上设有第一支架52b和第二支架52c,两个支架相对设置,第一支架52b和第二支架52c顶部开口。所述火焰片一侧设有支撑轴4,所述支撑轴4包括竖直部42、以及与竖直部42连接的用于悬挂火焰片的水平部43,本实施例的支撑轴整体呈“L”形。竖直部42插接在第一支架52b上,与竖直部42连接的水平部43穿过所述通孔22a以悬挂火焰片,且水平部43的端部悬空在支撑体52内。水平部43上设有下凹的半球形凹槽4a,火焰片通孔上的舌片22b与半球形凹槽4a相互顶住,使火焰片在不受外力的作用下可垂直悬挂在外壳内,也使火焰片更易在外力作用下左右晃动。
所述发光元件71倾斜安装在机座上,且位于火焰片一侧,用于照射上火焰片21,发光元件71的底端子插接固定在所述第二支架52c上。本实施例中的发光元件71为LED灯。发光元件71外部套有透镜支撑筒72,透镜支撑筒72底部连接在支撑体上。透镜支撑筒72包括竖直向上的延伸部,以及与延伸部连接朝向上火焰片21的倾斜部。在透镜支撑筒72的顶部设有透镜73,透镜73对光线进行聚焦,使得投射到上火焰片21上的光更加集中更加光亮,更像传统的蜡烛光。所述透镜支撑筒72内设有导光材料,对发光元件71发出的光线更好的进行导向,使其照射至上火焰片21上,以减小光线的散射和损失。在所述上火焰片21的中部设有竖向条缝21a,竖向条缝可以为曲线型或者直线型。发光元件71发出的光投射到上火焰片上,火焰片21中部的竖向条缝处为暗区,看起来就像是发光装置的灯芯,使模拟效果更加逼真,像是真正的蜡烛在燃烧。
由于透镜支撑筒包括有延伸部和倾斜部,因此在其他实施例中,所述发光元件71也可以垂直安装在机座上,通过透镜支撑筒将光倾斜导向至上火焰片,而且发光元件垂直安装的工艺更加简单方便。
所述摆动结构包括磁性体31和线圈32,所述磁性体31设于下摆部22的柱体222内的侧面,所述线圈32安装在下摆部22的侧部,且线圈32的中轴线与磁性体31相对。火焰片在摆动结构作用下左右摇曳摆动,摆动结构侧向设置使火焰片在左右方向受到的驱动力更直接,火焰的左右灵活摇曳效果更好。
所述磁性体31和线圈32可以分别为一个,同时还可在所述柱体内部的另一侧设置平衡块,且平衡块与磁性体31以柱体中心轴为中心对称设置。平衡块可以是磁性体或其他材质,使火焰片摆动时整个发光装置的平衡感更好。
当然,所述磁性体和线圈也可以为多个,多个磁性体沿下摆部内的底部侧面周向设置,线圈与磁性体对应设置。
所述支撑体52底部设有电路板41,所述电路板41分别与发光元件71和线圈32连接。电路板41为发光元件71提供发光所需电流;电路板41为线圈32提供间歇性的电流,使 线圈32产生与磁性体31极性相同或相异的磁场力,驱使火焰片左右摇曳。
所述机座底部设有用于安装电源的容置腔6,所述容置腔为横向设置的长方形结构,容置腔底部可拆卸连接有电池盖63,在容置腔内的一端设有导电弹片62,导电弹片62通过柔性PCB材料或铜线等导线材料与电路板41连接,实际使用时,卸下电池盖63,将多节电池61横向排列放置在容置腔6内为发光装置供电。
本实施例中机座5外部套设的外壳1为圆柱形蜡烛结构,外壳1上表面设有通孔,该通孔与上盖51的通孔51a相对,使上火焰片21显露于外壳顶部。为了模拟真蜡烛燃烧时由于蜡油的熔化而形成的不规则形状,外壳1表面制成不规则凹凸形状,靠近发光元件的一侧壳壁呈下凹状,使得观赏者在此角度看到的烛光更加逼真。
本发明通过侧向摆动结构驱动火焰片左右摇曳晃动的原理如下:
所述电路板41为线圈32提供间歇性的电流,线圈32通电后会产生一个与磁性体31极性相同或相异的磁场。当产生的磁场极性与磁性体31极性相异时,线圈32吸引磁性体31向其靠近,带动火焰片向线圈32方向摆动,当线圈32断电时,磁场消失,磁性体离开线圈,由于惯性势能的存在,磁性体31会带动火焰片向线圈相反方向摆动,由于整个火焰片的重心在下端,因此火焰片在自身重力作用下又自由下落,至线圈电流方向再次改变。当产生的磁场极性与磁性体31极性相同时,线圈32对磁性体31施加一个斥力,磁性体31带动火焰片向线圈的相对方向摆动;当线圈32断电时,磁性体受到的斥力消失,带动火焰片在惯性势能下向相反方向摆动,然后火焰片在自重作用下又自由下落。如此往复循环,使火焰片在磁场力、自身重力和惯性势能的作用下左右灵活摇曳,摇曳效果特别理想。
实施例二:
参照附图8至附图9所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:所述磁性体31位于下摆部柱体222内部的中间,且磁性体31的位置高于柱体222的底面。所述线圈32位于柱体222的侧部,且线圈32的中轴线与磁性体相对。当线圈通电时,产生一个与磁性体31极性相同或相异的磁场,使磁吸力带动火焰片远离线圈一边或向线圈靠近,当线圈断电时,磁吸力消失,火焰片在惯性作用下向相反方向摆动,然后又在自身重力作用下自由下落,对线圈进行间歇式通断电,使火焰片循环动作实现左右摇曳晃动。
磁性体设于火焰片内部,在实现侧向驱动使火焰片实现左右摇曳晃动的基础上,如此设计使得磁性体的隐蔽性增强,进一步提高了发光装置的逼真性和对磁性体的保护,而且磁性体位于下摆部中间使得整个发光装置的平衡感更好,火焰片摇曳时发光装置的整体稳定性增强。
其他技术特征均与实施例一相同,并能达到相同的技术效果,在此不再详细描述。
实施例三:
参照附图10所示,本实施例与实施例一或实施例二的区别在于:所述机座5为中空结 构,中空结构的底部设有PCB板53,所述PCB板53上设有RGB发光元件53a。所述RGB发光元件为包含有RGB(红绿蓝)三种颜色LED芯片的发光元件。所述PCB板53用于控制调节RGB发光元件的颜色亮度,三种颜色混合产生彩色光,彩色光线向上射出将中空机构照亮。使本发明在实现模拟烛光的基础上,同时机身呈现出多种颜色变化,更添一份浪漫格调。
在此基础上,本发明还可以通过外界的移动智能终端进行控制:PCB主板可以接收由移动智能终端通过wifi或者蓝牙或者ZigBee等无线传输方式传送的控制信号,利用该控制信号控制RGB发光元件的颜色和亮度,使发光装置机身产生随移动智能终端的控制信号不断变换的彩色光,具有更丰富的氛围渲染功能,进一步提高了浪漫格调,深得消费者喜爱。

实施例四:
由于本发明的发光装置可以使用内置电源,也可以使用外置电源,从此点着手,本实施例对发光装置照射过程中产生的余光进行利用。通过设置光能收集板8将余光转化为电能,再次为发光元件和线圈进行供电,如此可以大大节省电池或外部电源的消耗。
参照附图11所示,具体通过以下方案实现:机座5上设置有用于支撑光能收集板8的支架81,使光能收集板8位于发光元件71和火焰片之间,用于吸收发光元件71的余光和/或上火焰片21的反射光,光能收集板8与线圈32和/或发光元件71连接,将其吸收的余光转化为电能,并将电能供给线圈32,使线圈32产生磁场,驱动带有磁性体的火焰片左右晃动;或者为发光元件71提供电能。如此设计使得发光装置在照射过程中形成的余光得以充分利用,减小了内置电源或外置电源的消耗量,节能环保,使本发明的发光装置向“绿色照明装置”靠近。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模拟烛光的发光装置,包括机座、火焰片、发光元件和摆动结构,其特征在于,所述火焰片包括相互连接的上火焰片和下摆部,所述上火焰片为模拟烛光部分,所述下摆部使火焰片的重心下移;所述火焰片上设有通孔,所述火焰片一侧设有支撑轴,所述支撑轴包括竖直部,以及与竖直部连接且穿过所述通孔的水平部;所述发光元件的出光方向朝向上火焰片;所述摆动结构包括磁性体和线圈,所述磁性体设于下摆部的内部且高于下摆部的底面,所述线圈位于下摆部的侧部,且线圈的中轴线与磁性体相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述下摆部包括连接部和位于连接部下方的柱体,所述通孔设于连接部上,所述磁性体设于所述柱体内部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述磁性体位于所述柱体内的中部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述磁性体位于所述柱体内的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述通孔顶部设有向下凸起的舌片,所述水平部上设有与所述舌片相互匹配的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发光装置,其特征在于,还包括设于所述机座上的支撑体和上盖,所述上盖和支撑体上下配合形成容纳所述火焰片、摆动结构和发光元件的空腔;
    所述上盖顶部设有一上盖通孔,所述上火焰片显露于所述上盖通孔外,上盖底部设有第一卡扣;
    所述支撑体内设有第一支架和第二支架,第一支架和第二支架相对设置;所述支撑轴的竖直部底端固定在所述第一支架上,所述水平部的端部悬空;所述发光元件固定在所述第二支架上;所述支撑体底部设有电路板,电路板分别与发光元件和线圈连接;支撑体上还设有与所述第一卡扣相互匹配的第二卡扣。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述发光元件外部套有透镜支撑筒,所述透镜支撑筒包括竖直向上的延伸部,以及与延伸部连接朝向上火焰片的倾斜部,所述透镜支撑筒的出光口上设有透镜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述透镜支撑筒内设有导光材料。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的发光装置,其特征在于,所述机座为中空结构,中空结构底部设有PCB板,所述PCB板上设有RGB发光元件。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的发光装置,其特征在于,还包括光能收集板,所述光能收集板位于所述发光元件和火焰片之间,用于吸收所述发光元件的余光和/或火焰片的反射光,所述光能收集板与所述线圈和/或发光元件连接。
