Abstract
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,尤其是一种模拟火焰晃动效果的360度LED发光火焰灯。该火焰灯包括一灯罩和设于灯罩内的光源,光源包括一灯壳及设于灯壳一端的底座,底座上设有灯头,灯壳内设有一灯板支架,在灯板支架的外表面包覆有一张柱形或多面体形的LED线路板,LED线路板上布设有LED灯珠,LED线路板与灯头之间依次电连接有一按照一定时序输出PWM信号控制LED灯珠的亮灭和闪烁控制电路板和驱动控制电路板和LED线路板工作的驱动电源。本发明在灯具在灯罩外部侧向360度均形成火焰在各个方向跳跃的效果,靠光源本身的发光来形成火焰效果,以达到无噪音、降低功耗、并适用于室内外使用的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯具,尤其是一种模拟火焰晃动效果的360度LED发光火焰灯。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,LED的应用场合也越来越多,LED路灯、庭院灯各种泛光灯的多彩照明,可使得广场、庭院等地方更加生动活泼,不同的色调可为周围环境带来不一样的渲染效果。
除了照明效果以外,一些灯具也兼有装饰效果,在众多形式的灯具中,有一种模拟火焰燃烧的跳跃闪动效果的火焰灯,传统的火焰灯是利用石英灯泡点亮的同时用风机吹起一种红色丝绸带,当石英灯泡的光照射上去时候使得灯具看起来好像是燃烧的火焰。然而,因为风机的存在,或多或少会带来一定的噪声影响,并且会加大功耗,仅限于室内使用。不利于环保节能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无噪音、降低功耗、并适用于室内外使用的360度LED发光火焰灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本火焰灯包括一灯罩和设于灯罩内的光源,其特征在于:所述的光源包括一灯壳及设于灯壳一端的底座,底座上设有灯头,所述的灯壳内设有一灯板支架,在灯板支架的外表面包覆有一张柱形或多面体形的LED线路板,LED线路板上布设有LED灯珠,所述的LED线路板与灯头之间依次电连接有控制电路板和驱动电源,控制电路板包括一控制器,所述的控制器连接有与驱动电源相连的滤波模块和稳压模块以及与柔性LED线路板连接的PWM驱动电路,所述的控制器向PWM驱动电路发送时序信号,PWM驱动电路按照接收的时序输出PWM信号控制LED灯珠的亮灭和闪烁,实现火焰效果。
优选地,所述的LED灯珠在LED线路板的上部呈波浪形排列,LED灯珠在LED线路板的中下部呈矩阵排列,上部呈波浪形排列的LED灯珠全亮时形成火苗形状,中下部呈矩阵排列的LED灯珠形成火焰主体。
优选地,所述的PWM驱动电路包括与控制器连接的PWM调制电路及与PWM调制电路连接的IC驱动单元,此IC驱动单元连接到LED灯。
优选地,所述的控制器还连接有红外接收模块和DMX输入模块。
优选地,所述的红外接收模块包括红外接收头与控制CPU的IO口通过一个上拉电阻相接稳定信号。
优选地,所述的DMX输入模块包括DMX驱动IC来稳定信号以及抗干扰保护电路。
优选地,所述的灯壳为两端开口的中空柱形壳体,所述的底座设置于灯壳的一端开口处,灯壳的另一端开头处设有一顶盖。
优选地,所述的灯板支架为一矩形框架。
优选地,所述的灯板支架对应底座端的框架边上设有开口,驱动电源与灯头的连线经过所述的开口或者将驱动电源安装于该开口处。
优选地,所述的LED线路板为柔性LED线路板,所述的柔性LED线路板绕制固定于所述的灯板支架上。
由于采用了上述方案,本发明的360度LED发光火焰灯通过控制柱形或多面体形的LED线路板上的LED灯珠以一定的时序进行亮灭和闪烁,使得在灯具在灯罩外部侧向360度均形成火焰在各个方向跳跃的效果,靠光源本身的发光来形成火焰效果,避免了使用风机、丝带等装置来达到的装置效果,以达到无噪音、降低功耗、并适用于室内外使用的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1-图6所示,本实施例的360度LED发光火焰灯包括一灯罩1和设于灯罩1内的光源2,其中灯罩1包括造型框架及封闭造型框架四周的透光部分,所述的透光部分可以为透明状也可以为磨砂状,优先选用磨砂材质的透光部分来对光线进行散射,形成柔和自然的火焰效果,所述的光源2包括一灯壳201及设于灯壳201一端的底座202,底座202上设有灯头203,所述的灯壳201内设有一灯板支架204,在灯板支架204的外表面包覆有一张柱形或多面体形的LED线路板205,LED线路板205上布设有LED灯珠206,所述的LED线路板205与灯头203之间依次电连接有控制电路板207和驱动电源208,控制电路板207包括一控制器301,所述的控制器301连接有与驱动电源208相连的滤波模块302和稳压模块303以及与LED线路板205连接的PWM驱动电路304,所述的控制器301向PWM驱动电路304发送时序信号,PWM驱动电路304按照接收的时序输出PWM信号控制LED灯珠206的亮灭和闪烁,实现火焰效果。
为了更加真实的模拟火焰的火苗跳跃闪动的效果,本实施例中,所述的LED灯珠206在LED线路板的上部呈波浪形排列,LED灯珠206在LED线路板的中下部呈矩阵排列,上部呈波浪形排列的LED灯珠全亮或依次亮时形成火苗形状,中下部呈矩阵排列的LED灯珠形成火焰主体。
在具体的模块设计上,本实施例中,所述的PWM驱动电路304包括与控制器连接的PWM调制电路3041及与PWM调制电路3041连接的IC驱动单元3042,该IC驱动单元3042连接到LED线路板205。
经过上述的模块设计后即可根据控制器预设的时序进行LED线路板的发光控制,但实际应用中往往要求可以进一步改动发光效果,为了实现此功能,本实施例中,所述的控制器301还连接有红外接收模块305和DMX输入模块306。
在红外接收模块305和DMX输入模块306的设计上,为了使信号传输更加稳定,本实施例中,所述的红外接收模块305包括红外接收头与控制CPU的IO口通过一个上拉电阻相接稳定信号;所述的DMX输入模块306包括DMX驱动IC来稳定信号以及抗干扰保护电路。
在光源部分的具体部件结构设计上,本实施例中,所述的灯壳201为两端开口的中空柱形壳体,所述的底座202设置于灯壳201的一端开口处,灯壳201的另一端开头处设有一顶盖209。灯壳201、底座202、顶盖203组成光源的外部结构,内部呈中空状,用于安装灯板支架204、LED线路板205、控制电路板207以及驱动电源208。
本实施例中,所述的灯板支架204为一矩形框架。实际应用时也可以将灯板支架制成其他立体框架形状,例如圆柱形、两个或多个矩形框交叉形成的框架形状等。
本实施例中,所述的灯板支架204对应底座端的框架边上设有开口210,驱动电源208与灯头203的连线经过所述的开口或者将驱动电源208安装于该开口210处。
本实施例中,所述的LED线路板为柔性LED线路板,所述的柔性LED线路板绕制固定于所述的灯板支架上。
