Claims (11)
1. Anvendelse af kontinuerlige laminater (10) fremstillet ifølge en fremgangsmåde omfattende trinnene - at tilvejebringe en flerhed af parallelle fibre (12), - at indstøbe fibrene (12) i et hærdbart matrixmateriale (16), - at hærde matrixmaterialet (16) for at opnå et fiberforstærket laminat (20) med øvre og nedre hovedflader (28,30), og - at danne kanaler (32,34) i mindst en af den øvre og nedre hovedflade (28,30) af laminatet (20) hvor kanalerne (32,34) på den øvre og/eller nedre hovedflade (28,30) er vinklet i forhold til retningen af fibrene (12), i en infusionsfremgangsmåde til at fremstille strukturer fra laminatet (10) ved at anbringe lag af laminatet (10) oven på hinanden inden i en form og tilføre et hærdbart materiale mellem lagene af laminatet (10) anbragt inden i formen.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1 til fremstilling afen rotorvinge (50) afen vindmølle.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 2 til fremstilling af et bjælkedæksel (72,74) af rotorvingen (50) af vindmøllen.
4. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor kanaler (32, 34) er dannet i begge af den øvre og nedre hovedflade (28,30) af det kontinuerlige laminat (10) hvor kanalerne (32,34) på den øvre hovedflade (28) er vinklet i forhold til kanalerne (34) på den nedre hovedflade (30).
5. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor kanalerne (32,34) er skåret i den øvre og/eller nedre hovedflade (28,30) af det kontinuerlige laminat (10) efter hærdning af dets matrixmateriale.
6. Anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor skæringen udføres ved anvendelse af mindst et slibeværktøj (24,26).
7. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor kanalerne (32.34) er dannet i den øvre og/eller nedre hovedflade (28,30) mens matrixmaterialet (16) hærdes.
8. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor fibrene (12) er valgt fra mindst en af glas- eller kulstoffibre.
9. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor matrixmaterialet (16) er et resin og, i særdeleshed, et epoxyresin.
10. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor kanalerne (32.34) på en hovedflade (28,30) er i alt væsentligt parallelle med henholdsvis hinanden.
11. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor kanalerne (32.34) strækker sig op til kanten af laminatet (20).
