Claims (15)
1
1. Forstøver (1) til en fluid (2) med en fortrinsvis indsættelig og i påkommende tilfælde udskiftelig beholder (3) med fluiden (2), med en trykfrembringer (5) til transport og/eller forstøvning af fluiden (2), og med en overvågningsindretning (20) til tælling af betjeninger af forstøveren (1), kendetegnet ved, at overvågningsindretningen (20) er udformet således, at en faktisk afgivelse af fluid (2) kan registreres og kan tælles som betjening af forstøveren (1), hvor forstøveren (1) omfatter en optagelsessensor (38) til registrering af en luftstrøm og/eller en inhalering af forstøvet fluid (2), og hvor forstøveren (1) omfatter en spraysensor til registrering af, om der rent faktisk følger en forstøvning.
2. Forstøver ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den faktiske afgivelse kan tælles elektronisk som betjening af forstøveren (1), og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en taktgiver (33) og et lager (34), navnlig således at antallet og tidspunktet for betjeningen af forstøveren (1) kan registreres og lagres.
3. Forstøver ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at en gentagen betjening af forstøveren (1) inden for en forud bestemt mindste tidsvarighed kan blokeres, og/eller at, fortrinsvis efter forløb af en forud bestemt højeste tidsvarighed, et erindringssignal, fortrinsvis til fornyet betjening af forstøveren (1), kan afgives eller vises.
4. Forstøver ifølge ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forstøveren (1) omfatter en betjeningsdel (15), og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) er anbragt ved betjeningsdelen (15), fortrinsvis er indbygget deri, og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) er anbragt i forlængelse af en bevægelsesretning af beholderen (3).
5. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en fortrinsvis optisk indikator (25), navnlig til indikation af den forløbne tid efter den seneste betjening af forstøveren (1), den tilbageværende tid indtil næste betjening af forstøveren (1), antallet af allerede foregåede betjeninger af forstøveren (1), antallet af endnu mulige betjeninger af forstøveren (1), af betjeninger, som endnu skal udføres, af forstøveren (1), en foregået eller nødvendig beholderudskiftning, fluidniveauet, en beholderidentifikation og/eller en fluidbetegnelse.

Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en akustisk indikator (26), fortrinsvis en piezo-signalgiver, navnlig til afgivelse af et erindringssignal til betjening af forstøveren (1) og/eller til indikation af en pågående og/eller afsluttet forstøvningsproces, og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter et energilager, navnlig et batteri (27), som fortrinsvis først tilsluttes ved tilkobling af overvågningsindretningen (20), navnlig hvor batteriet (27) omfatter en sådan kapacitet, at overvågningsindretningen (20) efter tilkoblingen forbliver funktions- 2 dygtig i mindst ét år, fortrinsvis mindst to år, navnlig mindst fem år.
7. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en fortrinsvis kun optisk grænseflade (28), fortrinsvis en lysdiode, navnlig til tilkobling, initialisering, programmering, indstilling, tilbagestilling og/eller aflæsning af overvågningsindretningen (20), og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) er udformet således, at den først tilkobles ved sammenbygning med forstøveren (1), ved første indsættelse af beholderen (3), ved første spænding eller betjening af trykfrem-bringeren (5) og/eller initialisering over en grænseflade (28), og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) er udformet således, at den efter tilkoblingen ikke længere kan frakobles.
8. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 2 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at der med taktgiveren (33) kun kan registreres en relativ tid, navnlig hvor den absolutte begyndelse af den relative tidsregistrering ved hjælp af taktgiveren (33) ved initialiseringen eller den første tilkobling af overvågningsindretningen (20) kan lagres eller fastlægges, navnlig i lageret (34), fortrinsvis hvor den absolutte slutning af den relative tidsregistrering ved hjælp af taktgiveren (33) ved aflæsning af overvågningsindretningen (20) kan fastlægges ved sammenligning med en absolut tidsbasis, og/eller at lageret (34), i det mindste for en bruger af forstøveren (1), ikke kan slukkes eller forandres.
9. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en aflæselig identifikation til identificering af overvågningsindretningen (20), forstøveren (1) og/eller en bruger, og/eller at forstøveren og/eller overvågningsindretningen (20) er udformet således, at den indsatte beholder (3) fortrinsvis automatisk kan identificeres af overvågningsindretningen (20), og at beholderidentifikationen navnlig kan lagres, og/eller at overvågningsindretningen (20) omfatter en inputindretning (35), navnlig til indkobling, initialisering, programmering, indstilling, tilbagestilling og/eller aflæsning af overvågningsindretningen (20).
10. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at optagelsessensoren (38) er anbragt i området af et mundstykke (37), hvor signaler fra optagelsessensoren (38) kan registreres af overvågningsindretningen (20).
11. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at lufttilførselsstrømningen fra en bruger af forstøveren (1) kan frembringes ved inhaleringen.
12. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at signalerne af optagelsessensoren (38) med hensyn til en tilstrækkelig stærk og/eller tilstrækkelig lang inhalering, navnlig under den respektive forstøvningsproces og/eller efter hver forstøvningsproces, af overvågningsindretningen (20) analyseres, lagres, vises og/eller tælles som succesfuld inhalering af fluid (2) hhv. faktisk afgivelse af fluid (2).
13. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at optagelsessensoren (38) er udformet som strømningssensor, navnlig til registrering af en strømningsretning, strømningshastigheden, volumenstrømmen og/eller massestrømmen. 3

Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at optagelsessensoren (38) er tilordnet en lufttilførselsåbning (39) af forstøveren (1), navnlig hvor lufttilførselsåbningen (39) er tilordnet en ventil (41), og optagelsessensoren (38) registrerer en bevægelse af et ventilelement (42) af ventilen (41), fortrinsvis ved hjælp af en mi-kroafbryder.
15. Forstøver ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trykfrem-bringeren (5) kun arbejder mekanisk og kan betjenes manuelt, navnlig kan spændes mod fjederkraft, og/eller at trykfrembringelsen hhv. forstøvningen følger rent mekanisk, navnlig drivgasfrit, fortrinsvis ved hjælp af fjederkraft, og/eller at forstøveren (1) er udformet som inhalator, navnlig til medicinsk aerosolterapi.
