Claims (18)
1. Fluidoverføringsindretning (10), omfattende: a) et hus (14) med et hulrum deri, b) et udvideligt, lappet kammer (30) tilvejebragt i hulrummet, c) en fluidforbindelse (58) tilvejebragt til flydende forbindelse af et indre af det udvidelige, lappede kammer med husets ydre, d) at huset (14) er konfigureret og tilstrækkelig stærkt til at modstå et undertryk mellem et ydre af det udvidelige, lappede kammer og inden i hulrummet, som er tilstrækkelig stort til at få det lappede kammer til at udvides til en udvidet tilstand og trække et fluid gennem fluidforbindelsen fra husets ydre til det lappede kammers indre, når et undertryk etableres i hulrummet, e) at det lappede kammer (30) er konfigureret sådan, at det lappede kammer er i en i det væsentlige tom, ikke-udvidet tilstand, når hulrummet og derfor det lappede kammer er ved atmosfærisk tryk, kendetegnet ved, at f) en pumpe (42) er tilvejebragt i huset for at tilvejebringe undertrykket, og g) et batteri (50) er tilvejebragt, hvilket batteri er virksomt forbundet med pumpen.
2. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) det udvidelige, lappede kammer (30) omfatter mindst to lapper.
3. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) det udvidelige, lappede kammer (30) omfatter mindst tre lapper.
4. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) huset (14) er konfigureret til implantering i en patient til brug som en ventrikulær hjælpeindretning, b) fluidforbindelsen (58) er konfigureret til flydende forbindelse med det indre af en ventrikel i en patients hjerte.
5. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 4, hvori: a) blod i den udvidede tilstand og den ikke-udvidede tilstand henholdsvis trækkes tilstrækkeligt ind i og udledes fra det lappede kammer (30) under brug, sådan at utilstrækkelig blodpladeansamling til dannelse af blodpropper i det lappede kammer forekommer under brug.
6. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 5, hvori: a) de lappede kammer (30) i den ikke-udvidede tilstand er dimensioneret og konfigureret, så der under brug i det væsentlige ikke er noget stillestående fluidvolumen i det lappede kammer i den ikke-udvidede tilstand.
7. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) batteriet (50) under brug er genopladeligt af en batterilader placeret udvendigt på en patients legeme.
8. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) en styring er tilvejebragt og virksomt tilknyttet pumpen (42), og b) styringen er konfigureret til styring af mindst en af hastighed og volumen og dermed udvidelsen og sammentrækningen af kammeret til dets respektive udvidede og ikke-udvidede tilstande.
9. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) huset (14) er konfigureret til under brug at være fuldt implanteret inde i en patients overkrop.
10. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) en ventil er tilvejebragt i fluidforbindelsen for åbning og lukning af fluidforbindelsen mellem husets (14) ydre og kammerets (30) indre under brug.
11. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 10, hvori: a) fluidforbindelsen (58) er konfigureret til under brug at være flydende forbundet med aorta i en patients hjerte.
12. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) fluidforbindelsen (58) er konfigureret til under brug at være forbundet med en ventrikel i en patients hjerte, og b) der findes et yderligere hus (131) med et yderligere hulrum (132), c) et yderligere udvideligt, lappet kammer (316) er tilvejebragt i det yderligere huses yderligere kammer, d) en yderligere fluidforbindelse er tilvejebragt til flydende forbindelse af det yderligere huses ydre med det indre af det yderligere udvidelige, lappede kammer, e) den yderligere fluidforbindelse er konfigureret til under brug at forbindes med aorta i patientens hjerte, f) det yderligere hus (314) er konfigureret og tilstrækkelig stærkt til at modstå et undertryk mellem et ydre af det yderligere udvidelige, lappede kammer (318), og som indenfor det yderligere hulrum er tilstrækkelig stort til at få det yderligere lappede kammer (318) til at udvides til en udvidet tilstand og trække et fluid gennem fluidforbindelsen fra det yderligere huses ydre til det yderligere lappede kammers indre, når et undertryk etableres i det yderligere hulrum, og g) det yderligere lappede kammer (318) er konfigureret sådan, at det yderligere lappede kammer er i en i det væsentlige tom, ikke-udvidet tilstand, når det yderligere hulrum og derfor det yderligere lappede kammer er ved atmosfærisk tryk.
13. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) hulrummet omfatter et første og et andet hulrum, b) det udvidelige, lappede kammer omfatter et første (30) og et andet lappet kammer (132), c) fluidforbindelsen omfatter første (320) og andre (34) fluidforbindelser, d) den første fluidforbindelse omfatter venstre (322) og højre (324) fluidforbindelser, e) den anden fluidforbindelse omfatter venstre (342) og højre (344) fluidforbindelser, f) en ventil (326, 328, 346, 348) er tilvejebragt i hver af respektive venstre og højre fluidforbindelser af den første fluidforbindelse og i hver af respektive venstre og højre fluidforbindelser af den anden fluidforbindelse, g) respektive venstre og højre fluidforbindelser under brug kan forbindes med respektive vener og arterier i en patient ved implantering i en patient, h) pumpen er tilvejebragt for at etablere tilstrækkelig stort undertryk til at få de første og andre lappede kamre til at udvides, i) en styring er tilvejebragt og virksomt tilknyttet henholdsvis pumpen og ventilerne for at få fluidoverføringsindretningen til at virke som et kunstigt hjerte.
14. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 1, hvori: a) huset (14) er fuldt implanterbart i en patient.
15. Fluidoverføringsindretning ifølge krav 14, hvori: a) batteriet er tilvejebragt i huset til drift af pumpen.
16.
