Opfindelsen angâr en fremgangsmâde til fremstilling af et dobbelt-sidigt lakeret dâsedaaksel med mindst én med en forseglet lukkestrimmel med forseglingsflade af polyamid tildaekket sksankeâbning.
5 Til dâser til drikkevarer kendes daeksler af aluminium, hvidblik eller tinfrit stâl (tin free Steel, TFS) med en eller flere skænkeâb-ninger, hvorhos skænkeâbningerne er dsekket med en lukkestrimmel, som er forseglet. Dâsedækslet af métal er sædvanligvis pâ begge sider forsynet med et laklag, fx. med' et lag af en fenol-epoxyharpiks. Kendte lukke-10 strimler bestâr af et tyndt aluminiumbând, som pâ den flade , som skal forsegles, er forsynet med et overtræk af et termoplastisk formetof, fx. polyamid.
Ved pâ begge sider lakerede dâsedæksler af métal med en forseglet 15 lukkestrimmel af en aluminium-polyamid-laminat har vedhæftningen af po-lyamidforseglingslaget pâ den lakerede dækseloverflade ved dâser med h0jt indre tryk - fx. dâser, som indeholder kulsyreholdige drikkevarer, efter længere lagringstid ved temperaturer over 30^ C - vist sig som utilstrækkelige.

Stillet overfor disse forhold har opfinderen sat sig det mal, at tilvejebringe en fremgangsmâde af den indledningsvis nævnte art med hvilken vedhæftningen af lukkestrimlen pâ dækslet kan 0ges yderligere.
25 L0sningen pâ denne opgave fremkommer ved, at dâsedækslet efter forseglingen af lukkestrimlen opvarmes til smeltningen af polyamidet og derpâ bliver afk01et.
Med fremgangsmâden if01ge opfindelsen bliver det muligt at forsyne 30 pâ begge sider lakerede dæksler af métal med en godt vedhæftende lukkestrimmel. Det har især ved den for dâser til kulsyreholdige drikkevarer n0dvendige tykkelse af dækselmaterialet vist sig, at der ved forseglingen af lukkestrimlen ikke kan f0res tilstrækkelig varme fra forseg-lingsværkt0jerne til forseglingszonen, uden at den indre lakering af 35 dækslet bliver overophedet og derved beskadiget.

Ved opvarmningen af dækslet efter forseglingen af lukkestrimlen forages vedhæftningen mellem lukkestrimlen og dækslet væsentligt. Der-udover nedbrydes i -væsentlig grad mekaniske spændinger, som opstâr ved udstansningen af skænkeâbningen i dennes omrâde.

For at bevirke den n0dvendige smeltning af polyamidet - fx. poly- amid-12 - beh0ves der en opvarmning af dækslet til et temperaturomrâde . 0 0 . pa 175 C til 300 C. Varigheden af varmepavirkningen retter sig efter den anvendte temperatur, dvs. ved h0jrere temperaturer er en kortere 10 varighed tilstrækkelig.
Yderligere fordele, ejendommeligheder og enkeltheder ved opfin-delsen fremkommer af den efterf01gende beskrivelse af et foretrukkent udf0relseseksempel samt ved hjælp af tegningen. Denne viser pâ sin ene-15 ste figur et dâsedæksel med forseglet lukkestrimmel.
Et dâsedæksel 1 - fx. af en aluminiumlegering, pâ begge sider be-lagt med en fenol-epoxyharpiks - er forsynet med en skænkeâbning 2, som dækkes ved hjælp af en lukkestrimmel 3 af et tyndt alumliniumbând med 20 et polyamid-12-lag over en forseglingss0m 4 med en bredde pâ fx. 2 til 3 mm.
Lukkestrimlen er forsynet med en fritstâende oprivningslaske 5.
Det omrâde af lukkestrimlen 3, som spænder over skænkeâbningen 2 samt 25 oprivningslasken 5 har en prægning 6.
De efterf01gende fors0g viser det fordelagtige ved fremgangsmâden if01ge opfindelsen.
30 Fra en pâ begge sider med en fenol-epoxyharpiks lakeret plade af en aluminiums le gering med en tykkelse pâ 0,33 mm blev der fremstillet dâsedæksler med en sksenkeâbning. Til dækning af skænkeâbningen blev en lukkestrimmel af en aluminium-polyamid-12-laminat forseglet under de f01gende betingelser: 35

temperatur for det nederste forseglingsvserkt0j: 130^ C
forseglingstid: 0,6 sekunder 2 specifik forseglingstryk: 1000 N/cm 5
En del af dette cfeksel med forseglet lukkestrimmel blev efterop-varmet i en luftcirkulationsovn ved en temperatur pâ 270° C i 20 sekunder.
10 40 dâser med en nominel diameter pâ 65 mm blev fyldt med 0,3 1 af en kulsyreholdig drikkevare. pâ 20 dâser pâsattes dæksler med en under de nævnte betingelser forseglet lukkestrimmel med og uden efterop-varmning. Dâserne blev derefter lagret ved 40^ C. Det indre tryk androg herunder 4,4 bar.

Lukkestrimlerne pâ de ikke efteropvarmede dæksler 10 s ne de sig al-lerede efter 5 dages lagertid. Ved de efteropvarmede cfeeksler viste der sig ingen tegn pâ en begyndende 10snelse af lukkestrimlen heller ikke efter en lagringstid pâ 3 mâneder.

Claims (2)

1. Fremgangsmâde til fremstilling af et pâ begge sider lakeret dâse-dasksel af métal med mindst ên ved hjælp af en forseglet lukkestrimmel med forseglingsflade af polyamid dækket skænkeâbning, kendeteg-n e t ved, at dâsedækslet efter forseglingen af lukkestrimlen opvarmes 5 til smeltning af polyamidet og derpâ afk0les.
2. Fremgangsmâde if01ge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at dâse- daskslet efter forseglingen af lukkestrimlen opvarmes i 0,5 sekunder til 0 0 2 minutter i et temperaturinterval fra 175 C til 300 C. 10
