Abstract

A dispensing device for disinfectants consists of a wall fixture (1), a covering cap (20), an insert (2) together with a reservoir (49) and a module (21) arranged in the floor (13) of the insert (2). The upper region of the module (21) has a tubular shoulder (22) which surrounds a support (27) for a blade (26) for cutting the film cap (51) which surrounds the neck (50) of the reservoir (49). The tubular shoulder (22) has annular steps (123) on the outside on which a bellows (23) with a sealing lip (124) rests. The sealing lip (124) projects into the interior (125) of the shoulder (122) and seals the reservoir (49) at the neck (50).
