Bei Lichtmarikeninstrumenten, Spiegelgalvanometern und 'anderen Einrichtungen, bei denen eine Mattscheibe als Bildebene für eine elektrisch,, magnetisch, mechanisch oder sonstwie abgelenkte Lichtmarke dient, bestehen gewisse Schwierigkeiten, eine Skalenteilung zur Ablesung der Lichtmarken stellung anzubringen, wenn man gleichzeitig eine Reihe von wichtigen Bedingungen erfüllen will. Einmal .soll bei solchen Anordnungen die Teilung insbesondere bei¹ genauen Instrumenten in der Bild- bzw. Mattebene liegen, um eine parallaxefreie Ablesung zu ermöglichen. Die Teilung selbst soll gut erkennbar sein, wobei beachtet werden muß, daß Teilungen auf Mattscheiben vor dunklem Hintergrund schlecht erkennbar sind. Außerdem ist für geeichte; Skalen, bei denen jeder Teilstrich ge'-zeichnet werden muß, ein zeichenfähiger Untergrund notwendig. Für diese Zwecke sind ■mattgeätzte Flächen ungeeignet wegen der Abnutzung der Zeichenfeder. Schließlich ist eine wichtige Forderung, · daß die Teilung im Laufe der Zeit keine Lagenänderungen erfahren darf.
