Description
Im Hauptpatent ist eine Maschine zur Bereitung von Speiseeis beschrieben, bei welcher der Gefrierprozeß im Fließverfahren geschieht, indem das zu gefrierende Gut durch unterkühlte Züge von solcher Länge und/oder Zahl transportiert wird, daß am Ende des Transportweges der Gefrierprozeß beendet ist. Man erhält dabei das bekannte Speiseeis, wie es in Deutschland bevorzugt wird, im Gegensatz zu Eiscreme, für deren Herstellung im Ausland bereits Maschinen bekannt geworden sind, die ebenfalls kontinuierlich arbeiten.The main patent describes a machine for the preparation of ice cream in which the freezing process is carried out in a flowing process, in that the goods to be frozen are transported through supercooled trains of such a length and / or number that the freezing process is ended at the end of the transport route. Bei der sogenannten Eiscreme handelt es sich um eine halbflüssige Masse von etwa -2° bis -4° Temperatur, die für Konditoreizwecke verwendet wird. Um aus einer derartigen Masse Speiseeis zu fertigen, muß diese über Konservatoren in Kühlmaschinen überführt und zu einer festen Masse auf etwa -12° unterkühlt werden, um dann von Hand portionsweise verabfolgt zu werden. Eine derartig feste Eismasse kann mit den bekannten Eiscrememaschinen auf kontinuierlichem Wege nicht hergestellt werden. Derartige Massen bedürfen infolge ihrer bis zum fertigen Speiseeis zunehmenden Konsistenz genügend langer unterkühlter Transportzüge, in denen das Gefriergut nach dem Auslaß hin im Verhältnis zu der zunehmenden Konsistenz mit abnehmender Geschwindigkeit gefördert wird. Eine derartig arbeitende Maschine ist in dem Hauptpatent beschrieben. Sie bedarf mehrerer unterkühlter Züge, in denen Schnecken mit verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten umlaufen. Die Erfindung stellt nun insofern eine Verbesserung dieser Maschine des Hauptpatentes dar, als sie sich der bekannten Eiscrememaschine bedient und an deren Austritt nur einen, und zwar den letzten Schneckengang des Hauptpatentes vorsieht, in welchem die vorgefrorene Eiscreme derart zum fertigen Speiseeis unterkühlt wird, daß dieses der Maschine kontinuierlich entnommen und verabfolgt werden kann. Durch die Erfindung ist also die Möglichkeit geschaffen, durch Anbau eines die bekannten Eiscrememaschinen nur unwesentlich verteuernden Zusatzgerätes diese so zu verbessern, daß mit ihnen Speiseeis kontinuierlich bereitet werden kann, welches portionsweise entnommen wird.The so-called ice cream is a semi-liquid mass with a temperature of around -2 ° to -4 °, which is used for confectionery purposes. Die Schnecke 6 läuft in einem Rohr um, das durch Sole, direkt oder indirekte Verdampfung oder sonstwie derart unterkühlt wird, daß am Ende der Schnecke das fertig gefrorene Speiseeis austritt.
