Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Chassis für Rundfunkgeräte oder dergl.; sie besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass das Chassis in Form eines Pultes ausgebildet ist, dessen höhere Seitenwand mit der gegenüberliegenden kleineren in der Verlängerung einen endlichen Winkel bildet. Diese Anordnung bringt den Vorteil, dass durch die Vergrösserung der Basisfläche die Bauelemente für Montage und Reparatur leichter zugänglich sind. Die höhere Seitenwand ist dabei zweckmässig als Reflektorplatte für die Skalenbeleuchtung oder dergl. ausgebildet; damit wird ein besonderer Reflektor für die Skalenbeleuchtung eingespart. Das Chassis kann aus wenigstens zwei unmittelbar und/oder durch Profilschienen miteinander verbundenen Teilplatten bestehen, z.B. aus der mit Bauelementen bestückten Montageplatte und der Reflektorplatte. Diese Aufbauweise besitzt den Vorteil einer einfachen und billigen Herstellung von Teilplatten, die auch schon vor ihrem Zusammenbau Montage- und Verdrahtungsarbeiten gestattet. In Abb. 1 ist ein pultförmiges Chassis perspektivisch, in Abb. 2 in Seitenansicht dargestellt. Die Montageplatte 1 ist mit der Reflektorplatte 2 für die Skalenbeleuchtung durch deren oberen abgebogenen Teil 3 mit Schrauben, Nieten, Schweissung oder dergl. verbunden. Die Montageplatte 1 besitzt Bohrungen 4 und Schlitze 5 oder dergl. zur Aufnahme von Bauelementen; ihr hinterer Teil 6 ist so abgebogen, dass er vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Grundfläche des Chassis steht und besitzt ebenfalls Bohrungen 7 oder dergl. zur Aufnahme von z.B. Antennen- und Erdbuchse, Tonabnehmerbuchsen usw. Zur Versteifung des Chassis dienen zwei Querschienen 8 mit vorzugsweise rechteckigem Querschnitt, von denen in der Abbildung nur die eine sichtbar ist; die Enden 9 und 10 der Querschienen sind passend abgebogen und durch Schrauben, Nieten, Schweissung oder dergl. mit der Reflektorplatte 2 bzw. dem hinteren Teil 6 der Montageplatte 1 verbunden. Die Reflektorplatte 2 besitzt an ihrer unteren Kante einen nach aussen gewölbten Wulst 11 zur zusätzlichen Zeigerführung; der Zeiger 12 gleitet mit seinem filzgepolsterten Ende 13 auf dem Wulst 11 und wird dadurch in passendem Abstand von der mit den Stationsnamen versehenen Glasskala 14 geführt. Das Licht des Lämpchens 15 fällt auf die Reflektorplatte 2, wird dort reflektiert und leuchtet dadurch die ganze Glasskala 14 gleichmässig aus. Die Reflektorplatte 2 ist gegebenenfalls mit reflektierendem Lack z.B. weiss bestrichen.In Fig. 1 a desk-shaped chassis is shown in perspective, in Fig. 2 in side view. Es ist ferner vorgesehen, diese Seitenwand in der Weise schräg zu stellen, dass sie mit der Basis der Montageplatte einen spitzen Winkel bildet.
