Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einlage für einen Schuh, eine Sandale, o.dgl. mit einem Grundteil und mit einer am Grundteil festgelegten und dieses bedeckende Decke.The invention relates to an insert for a shoe, a sandal, or the like with a base part and with a cover fixed to the base part and covering it.

Sie können auch zur Anregung von Relexzonen der Fußsohle gedacht sein. Diesen handelsüblichen Einlagen liegt jedoch normalerweise kein gezieltes orthopädisches Konzept zugrunde. Sie berücksichtigen daher in ihrem Aufbau, d.h. in ihrer orthopädischen Ausgestaltung, in ihrer Funktion, was die Statik und die Dynamik betrifft, sowie bezüglich der Materialauswahl die physiologischen Notwendigkeiten des menschlichen Fußes nur unzureichend. Aus der DE 36 OO 096 Al ist eine Einlage für einen Schuh, insbes. für einen Sportschuh, bekannt, die ein durch einen Formkörper gebildetes nachgiebiges Mittelfußbett mit einer oberen Deckschicht aufweist. Dort soll das Mittelfußbett Teil einer flexiblen, die gesamte Fläche der Schuhinnensohle abdeckenden Einlagesohle sein. Das vorzugsweise als elastischer Formkörper aus Kunststoff gespritzte Mittelfußbett erstreckt sich bei dieser bekannten Schuheinlage über den Rückfußbereich und den Mittelfußbereich; es ist auf die Unterseite der Einlegesohle aufgeklebt. Die Einlegesohle bedeckt also das genannte Mittelfußbett und steht vorderseitig über das Mittelfußbett über. Dieses vorderseitig überstehende Teil der Einlagesohle bildet ein Vorfußteil,das Polsterungseigenschaften aufweist. Ein quasi stufenloser Übergang zwischen dem Vorfußteil und dem Mittelfußbereich ist bei dieser bekannten Einlage nur dadurch realisierbar, daß das Mittelfußbett an seinem Vorderrand entsprechend scharfkantig ausgebildet ist. Passend orthopädisch und individuell zugerichtet kann mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einlage also auch die Abrollung des Fußes positiv beeinflußt werden. Das orthopädisch geformte Stützteil weist zweckmäßigerweise im Mittelfußbereich eine markant ausgearbeitete Pelotte auf, durch welche ein Durchtreten des Quergewölbes des Fußes verhindert wird. Eine Einlage mit einem solchermaßen ausgebildeten orthopädisch geformten Stützteil mit im Mittelfußbereich ausgearbeiteter Pelotte dient somit wirksam zur Korrektur de Spreizfußneigung des Mittelfußes. Vervollständigt wird die erfindungsgemäße Einlage, d.h. das erfindungsgemäße herausnehmbare Fußbett, durch die feuchtigkeit- bzw. fußschweißabsorbierende und hautfreundliche Decke aus gegerbtem Naturleder.
