Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schuhwerk mit integrierter Mittelfußrolle gemäß Patentanspruch 1.The present invention relates to a footwear with integrated midfoot roller according to claim 1.

It is well known that the human foot is exposed to extreme stress throughout its life. Adding factors such as incorrect footwear, obesity, or physical activity overload can often cause discomfort to the hock, Achilles tendon, or entire metatarsal area.

The ankle joint is the connecting element between foot and leg and, like the knee joint, is under the entire load of the body. Due to the mentioned high stress such as age, obesity and sport, it is not uncommon for a cartilage wear and the often described osteoarthritis, which hinders the natural movement and rolling process.

The Achilles tendon, which represents the extension of the calf muscles and sinewy on the heel bone, is already under normal stress strongly demanded. As the strongest tendon of the body, it is indeed designed for it, but unfortunately, it comes with years of wearing partly too high heel shoes and consequent jerky stretching and contracting the tendon at every step again and again to inflammations that make painless walking almost impossible.

But not only the wearing of high heels, but also the years of walking and standing on hard flat floors will permanently affect the feet.

Since the natural vault support is missing on soft ground, as in barefoot walking, the longitudinal and transverse vault will decrease over time. Too much lowering of the transverse arch leads to a splayfoot. The metatarsal heads sink and stand up completely. Also in this case, a pain-free rolling while walking is no longer given.

Since all the complaints listed are restrictions on the rolling process when walking or running, the orthopedic shoemaker in these cases often wears material on the bottom of the shoe sole in the midfoot area. The transitions are balanced to the sole of the sole and heel, creating a kind of role, the apex of which is usually below the 3 wedge-roots of the tarsal root. The so-called midfoot roller helps the wearer to stabilize and roll off gently. It relieves the function of the tarsal joints and the upper ankle pain are relieved and the tension change of the Achilles tendon is attenuated.

Unfortunately, placing material on the outsole underside always gives the shoe an orthopedic and clumsy look. Even with conventional comfort shoe manufacturers who carry models with metatarsal role in their program, the soles of the shoe still have the typical balloon or swing-like appearance.

From the WO 0115560 A1 is a footwear known in which the role is designed even more pronounced than usual. This is intended to deliberately destabilize the foot. The goal is to strengthen all muscles that are in the immediate vicinity of the movement axis. It is therefore a training device with therapeutic effect, in which the optics also plays a minor role.

Furthermore, many shoe soles or shoes are known which include an integrated soft bedding or support. Inserted foam parts in soles or removable footbeds in shoes should cushion the heel and forefoot area or support the ankle. While many of these shoes are fashionably styled, they do not take into account the needs of the aetiology mentioned for which a midfoot role would provide relief.

Ein Schuhwerk mit integrierter Mittelfußrolle ist aus US 2002/0178621 A bekannt.A footwear with integrated metatarsal roll is off US 2002/0178621 A known.

Object of the present invention is to provide a footwear, which takes into account the needs of the wearer for ankle, midfoot or Achilles tendon, while making it possible to dispense with the conventional on the outsole externally constructed metatarsal, in particular to make the outsole look more free.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein Schuhwerk mit integrierter Mittelfußrolle mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.This object is achieved by a footwear with integrated midfoot roller with the features of claim 1.

The solution is characterized in particular by the fact that only two molded parts, preferably of polyurethane (PU foam) or of another damping material to be set in different degrees of hardness, are incorporated in the sole shell of the footwear and arranged one above the other. The sole shell is connected to the upper construction consisting of upper stock and soft cover insole in a conventional manner.

The special shape, arrangement and hardness adjustment of the inserts and the hardness adjustment of the sole shell result in connection with the shaft construction when walking, an effect that is comparable to a metatarsal roll attached to the outsole.

Preferred embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent claims to the main claim.

The molded parts 4, 3, as well as the outsole shell 5, preferably consist of a PUR foam or of another damping material to be set in different degrees of hardness. The molded part 3 lying in the outsole shell 5 above is as in FIG FIG. 2 , shown up to an edge of about 10-12 mm flat.

In the FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 can be seen in cross-section, as the molded part 3 is incorporated in a section of the forefoot portion 5A and 5C in a section of the hindfoot region. The height of the molded part 3 in the forefoot area 5 A is preferably at least 6 mm and in the rear foot area 5 C is preferably at least 8 mm. The molded part 3 is, as in FIG. 5 shown in the midfoot area 5 B arranged above the molded part 4. It is about 4 to 6 mm high above its apex.

In principle, the height of the molded part 3 but to adapt to the special needs of the wearer. It can be z. B. the weight of the carrier are taken into account.

The molded part 4 incorporated in the outsole shell 5 below the molded part 3 is, as in FIG FIG. 5 shown, and also in FIG. 7 can be seen, wedge-shaped at the front and rear and tapers in the direction of the hindfoot area 5 C and forefoot area 5 A. The molding 4 is in the midfoot area 5 B as in FIG. 6 shown along the inner longitudinal arch 5 D higher than in the region of the outer longitudinal arch 5 E. The general height can be adapted to the needs of the wearer.

The molded parts 3, 4, and the outsole shell 5 are set in different degrees of hardness. The molded part 4 incorporated in the outsole shell 5 below the molded part 3 is harder than the molded part 3 and the outsole shell 5, wherein the molded part 3 is softer than the outsole shell 5.

The molded parts 3 and 4 are, as in FIG. 5 and also FIG. 6 seen so incorporated into the shape of the outsole shell 5, that after insertion of the z .B. PUR foam material are firmly enclosed by this. Only in the plan view of the outsole shell, as in FIG. 2 shown to see the above incorporated molding 3.

In der zweiten Phase (Figur 9) rollt der Fuß über das härtere Formteil 4 im Mittelfußbereich 5 B ab, und tritt in der dritten Phase (Figur10) in den weichen Vorfußbereich 5 A des Formteils 3.Due to the soft cover insole 2, the foot presses when walking or running with the footwear in the first phase of the rolling process ( FIG. 8 ) in the soft molded part 3 in the rearfoot region 5 C of the outsole shell. In the second phase ( FIG. 9 ), the foot rolls over the harder molding 4 in the midfoot region 5 B, and in the third phase ( Figur10 ) in the soft forefoot 5 A of the molding. 3

The average hardness setting of the outsole shell 5 dampens the entire process. The appearance of the outsole shell is largely free to design.
