Description

The invention relates to the shoe industry, specifically the structure of the sole unit of women's shoes, and is used both in mass production and in the individual production of everyday shoes such as dance shoes for women with high heels and open insteps (sandals or closed shoes).

The sole unit (sole) is a shoe component in the lower area, which is followed by the lasting fold to manufacture the upper and lower parts of the footwear.

Known (patent CN No. 29845 Sch, published on 06/10/2003, MIK A43B 7/14) is a corrective sole comprising a basic module and an additional module which, among other things, has a free part (flat arch position).

This product relates to the field of orthopedic shoes. An orthopedic insole for shoes is described for the prophylaxis and treatment of hallux valgus deformity of the foot (bringing the foot into the normal physiological position). The correction module is adapted to the anatomical shape of the foot, with its inner part being straight and the outer part being zigzag. The length of the module corresponds to the length of the foot to the end of the big toe, and depending on the severity of the pathology, the module can be further thickened. The correction module, which is made of viscoelastic material, is glued to the entire bottom or top of the sole. Modules of this type are installed individually for each patient.

A disadvantage of the known solution is that the patented sole with correction module is an insert element (insole) that is inserted into the finished shoe.

The corrective soles used in closed shoes or other insoles, which support the back of the foot thanks to their shape, rest on the bottom of the base sole and on the inner side of the shoe. When inserting the insoles into open-toe shoes, they are difficult to attach because there is no stable support to hold them in the required position. In order to be able to withstand the pressure of the inner arch of the foot on the insole in open-toed shoes, a hard support structure is required, which is difficult to achieve with insoles that are usually made of soft plastics. In other words, the insoles placed in open-toed shoes do not provide the same degree of support to the inner arch of the foot as the insoles of the present invention.

Also, any insole has a thickness, so the foot is lifted by the thickness of the insole resting on the base sole. In this case, the heel is not held by the heel to the extent provided for in the design of the shoe, resulting in inconvenience when wearing the shoe.

Furthermore, the more the insoles in open shoes close the inner arch of the foot, the greater their visibility, which negatively affects the external appearance of the shoes.

Known (patent CN 99289 Sch, published 11/20/2010, MPK A43B 1/00) is a shoe with an insole, on the surface of which are formed sections, one (the fifth) of which is trapezoidal in shape with rounded angles and located in the area of the inner arch of the foot. The solution known from this patent relates to the construction of the insole for closed shoes. The sole is made of soft material and features five convex sections, each with shock-absorbing properties. The invention makes it possible to reduce the load on the foot when walking through the cushioning effect (affects the foot by absorbing shock), but is not intended for supporting the inner dorsum of the foot.

As the closest prior art (prototype) of the present invention, the known (patent CN No. 2407489 C1, published 2010-12-27, MPK A61P 5/14, A43B 17/00, 17/14, 17/16) base sole unit for prophylactic Children's shoes, comprising a bottom layer and a top layer, the top layer consisting of a thermoplastic material which deforms when worn (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a density of 0.35 - 0.40 g/cm3 and a Shore hardness of 40 - 50), and the bottom layer is made of dense cardboard. The underlayer has a .360 cut and the shape common to most soles in the industry, which matches the track of the shoe last.

This invention is intended for prophylactic children's shoes. A disadvantage of this invention is that it can only be used in closed-toe footwear, since the patented sole unit is designed to support the inner arch of the foot in the same way as any insole for closed-toe shoes: the top layer of the base sole rests on the hard cardboard of the bottom layer, the Shape corresponds to the track of the shoe last, and in the side area, where the inner one is In the back of the foot, the top layer can only rest on the inner surface of the shoe as there is no supportive bottom layer. The upper layer of the base sole, made of soft thermoplastic material, deforms under the pressure of the inner arch of the foot and deflects laterally and downwards, and therefore also offers no support to the inner arch of the foot.

The problem (technical problem) to be solved by the present invention is to increase the strength (and comfort) for the foot in women's open-toe heeled shoes.

The more the shoe grips (encloses) the foot, the more comfortable it is. With open footwear, especially sandals, it is not possible to support the foot as stably as with closed heels, so it is also less firm than closed footwear.

The problem of shoe strength becomes even more important when the woman has a more or less pronounced flatfoot deformity. The axis of the foot is deformed (the axes of the heel and foot do not meet) and the foot collapses because there is insufficient support for the inner dorsum of the foot; the foot support portion goes beyond the contour line (boundary) of the conventional insole (base sole).

Significant as the increase in foot strength is in open women's shoes and any heels, it is even more significant in the case of women's dance shoes (sandals or women's closed-toe shoes with high (more than 3 cm) heels; the higher the heel, the more it comes the problem of strength to the fore.

The technical result of the present invention is to provide a sole unit suitable for use in women's open-toed stiletto heels which provides adequate support (without foot collapse) for the inner arch of the foot.

This technical result is achieved in that the sole unit for open women's high-heeled shoes has a support area for the inner arch of the foot that is adapted to the contour of the track of the toe rail, which corresponds to the shape of the inner side surface of the shoe last in the area of the inner arch of the foot, with the this support area having Foot support member is made of a material having an effective durometer, i.e. durometer sufficient to support the inner dorsum of the foot.

Compared to conventionally designed insoles, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the track of the shoe last, the insoles according to the invention (as is also the case with the upper layer of the basic sole unit of the prototype) have an additional area for supporting the inner arch of the foot (support area) which increased the width of the sole unit in the middle part (articulation part) of the shoe from the ball of the foot to the beginning of the heel. And, although the contour line of the sole unit in the support area has aesthetic (design) considerations and is limited by the technical ability to shape the hard material of the sole unit, the support area is roughly symmetrical and has a shape that conforms to the mold approximates a half ellipse, the semimajor axis of which lies on an imaginary line corresponding to the contour line of the shoe last trace in the area of the inner instep, and the curved ellipse, which goes beyond the limits of the imaginary line, goes smoothly into the contour line of the toe cap part at the front the sole and at the back in the heel area of the sole unit.

The sole unit, which has the support area in its middle section, has an enlarged support surface for the inner back of the foot compared to conventional sole units. A shoe (or foot in the shoe) with such a sole unit is firmer, the increased firmness being due to the shape of the sole unit described above.

The sole unit designed according to the invention can also be achieved by attaching a pad, which has a support area for the inner arch of the foot designed in accordance with the above description, to a conventional sole unit.

The sole cardboard commonly used in the shoe industry (density of at least 1.15 g/cm3, thickness of at least 2 mm), which is made of high-quality cellulose and has high mechanical strength and all hygienic properties, is suitable for the supporting part of the sole unit. The aforementioned properties can be found, for example, in the shoe box of the BCC brand (manufacturer: Bartoli) or the CJM brown brand (Mercens company). To achieve the aforementioned effect (sufficient support for the inner arch of the foot), the sole unit in the support tongue part can also be made of other hard materials, such as metal (molded or cast) or rigid plastic (molded or 3D printed).

For women's open shoes with heels higher than 3 cm, the inner arch support portion, which includes the bracing area, is preferably made of hard sole board with a pressed-in metal shank to reduce stress on the arch of the foot. The toe cap part of the sole unit usually consists of soft cardboard or non-woven fabric.

The sole unit according to the invention can be designed with two layers, with both layers having an identically shaped support area for the inner arch of the foot and the lower layer having a greater hardness than the upper layer in the support part comprising the aforementioned support area for the inner arch of the foot. The upper and lower layers are bonded together over the entire surface of the sole unit, including the inner arch support area (the bonding surfaces of the layers meet).

Usually, the sole unit is made of thermoplastic foam, which has a shock-absorbing effect on the foot (absorbs the impact of the foot and the whole human body when walking and distributes it evenly over the whole foot), and the underlayer is made of hard sole cardboard, thereby ensuring the support of the instep and is the basic component of the sole unit according to the invention. The upper shock-absorbing layer can be distributed unevenly (of varying thickness) over the entire surface of the bottom layer of the sole unit, and if it is thicker in the support area than in the other sections of the sole unit, this will result in more foot lift, which some customers experience feel more comfortable.

In this way, the lower base layer of the sole unit in the context of the double-layered sole unit according to the invention serves to provide full-surface support for the upper shock-absorbing layer of the sole unit, specifically also in the support area for the inner arch of the foot. The support area of the bottom layer of the hard cardboard sole unit is a stable (reliable) support structure for the support area of the top layer of the sole unit when the sole unit according to the invention is used in women's open heeled shoes.

The material for the upper layer of the sole unit is EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), a highly effective foam rubber with a thickness of 2 - 4 mm and a Shore density of 20 - 30, although any other cushioning material with a different density and thickness can be used, which is commonly used in the shoe industry for the manufacture of insoles.

The hard sole cardboard of the bottom layer of the sole unit with metal shank gives the sole unit a hard construction in the support area for the inner arch of the foot and counteracts the bending apart of the sole unit under the effect of the weight of the foot (better dimensional stability of the sole unit).

For better comfort of the sole unit, a splayfoot pad, which raises the arch of the foot and ensures greater comfort, can be glued in the central part of the sole unit.

The field of application of the present invention is not orthopedic footwear, but the field of mass-produced open everyday or dance shoes with high heels. Shoes of this type are not intended for treating the foot; rather, greater comfort is achieved through the additional support of the inner arch of the foot. Test results on a large number of customers have shown that the use of the sole unit according to the invention enables a significant reduction in the load on the foot; A particularly positive effect was observed in people with a pronounced flatfoot deformity: the condition of the foot improved in all of them after the use of the sole unit according to the invention and their pain disappeared.

It is not necessary to use the sole unit according to the invention in closed shoes, since orthopedic or comfort insoles (soles) can always be used in such footwear.

The manufacturing of competition dance sandals uses industry standard shoe manufacturing technology, with the basis for shoe manufacturing being the sole unit onto which the upper of the shoe (the size of the lasting margin is 1.5 - 2 cm), heels and outsole are attached. So that the sole of the sole unit rests not only - as in conventional shoes - on the track of the shoe last, but also on the lateral surface (shoe last), a press with a special, non-standard molding tool is used.

All elements of the bottom layer of the sole are glued together (the metal shank is additionally fastened with rivets), and at the same time the sole unit is molded on a special press to increase the quality of the adhesive bond and to adjust the shape of the sole unit to that of the shoe last. The top layer is glued to the bottom layer with conventional shoe cement.

When using open women's shoes with the sole unit according to the invention, the support of the inner arch of the foot is guaranteed by the aesthetic base sole, so no additional insole needs to be used.
