Die Befestigung von Speichen mit gebogenem d.h. gekröpftem Kopf in Kunststoffen ist nur möglich, wenn deutliche Abstriche hinsichtlich der Speichenzugkraft akzeptiert werden, da die Lochleibungsfestigkeiten von Faserverbundwerkstoffen sehr begrenzt sind. Eine Lösung wäre es, im Bereich der Krafteinleitung metallische Werkstoffe zu verwenden. Zum einen wird die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß anstelle von Speichen mit gebogenem Kopf solche mit geradem Kopf verwendet werden. Dadurch wird die Problematik der zu geringen Lochleibungsfestigkeiten von Faserverbundwerkstoffen umgangen, da bei geradem Speichenkopf die Krafteinleitung in die Nabe über Flächenpressung erfolgt, was eine weitaus werkstoffgerechtere Art darstellt und somit eine höhere Speichenzugkraft zuläßt. Dies kann erfindungsgemäß auch dadurch erreicht werden indem die Speichennippei nicht bei der Felge sondern bei der Nabe angeordnet sind. Auch bei dieser Ausführung müssen Speichen mit geradem Kopf verwendet werden, da die Befestigung von Speichen mit gebogenem Kopf in der Felge konstruktive Schwierigkeiten bereiten würde.On the one hand, the object of the invention is achieved by using spokes with straight heads instead of spokes with curved heads. Zum andern wird die Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Nabenkörper im Bereich der Speichenbefestigung einen rohrförmigen, zylindrischen oder kegeligen Querschnitt aufweist, an dessen Innenseite die Köpfe von ungekröpften Speichen zur Anlage kommen und hier die Speichenzugkraft über Flächenpressung in den Nabenkörper eingeleitet wird, in diesem Bereich lassen sich konstruktiv sehr einfach Löcher, Bohrungen, Durchbrüche etc. zum Einführen, Einhängen oder anderen Montagearten vorsehen, in diesem Bereich kann durch eine fasergerechte Konstruktion eine optimale Anpassung an die Beanspruchung erreicht werden. Die Figuren 1, 4a, 4b und 11 zeigen eine gestalterisch ansprechende Ausführung einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorderradnabe. Fig. 2 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Ausführung einer Hinterradnabe im Halbschnitt. Bei dieser Ausführung sind Speichen und Nippel um 180° gedreht im Laufrad eingebaut, so daß die Nippel von der Nabe aufgenommen werden müssen. Die äußere Form einer erfindungsgemäßen Nabe bzw. eines erfindungsgemäßen Nabenkörpers kann ein prismatisches Rohr, ein tailliertes Rohr (Fig. 1, 4a, 4b, 11), ein sich verjüngendes Rohr (Fig. 5a, 5b), ein Kegel (Fig. 5a, 5b), ein Doppelkegel, eine Form ähnlich einer Sanduhr (Fig. 1, 4a, 4b, 11) oder ähnliches oder eine Kombination aus diesen sein (Fig. 7, 8). An den Stirnseiten können Schlitze bzw. Nuten für die Speichen bzw. Nippel angebracht sein (Fig. 1, 4b, 10). Es können aber auch lediglich Löcher für Speichen oder Nippe! im Mantel des Nabenkörpers angebracht sein, insbesondere wenn der Nabenkörper einen großen Durchmesser hat (Fig. 5a, 5b, 6, 11). Die äußere Begrenzung eines Querschnitts durch einen erfindungsgemäßen Nabenkörper kann rund sein. Dies ist jedoch nicht Bedingung. Aus konstruktiven Gründen, z.B. bei gekreuzten Speichen, kann der Mantel des Nabenkörpers auch z.B. gewellt sein (Fig. 3), bzw. die innere Struktur kann den Sitzen der Speichenköpfe bzw. den Sitzen der Nippel angepaßt sein (Fig. 9, 10).Figures 1, 4a, 4b and 11 show a design-attractive version of a front wheel hub according to the invention.
