An allen öffentlichen und teilweise nichtöffentlichen Straßen bestimmter Kategorien sind in den europäischen und anderen Staaten zu der sicheren seitlichen Abgrenzung Leitpfosten in genormten Abständen eingesetzt.Diese Leitpfosten sind mit reflektierenden richtungsanzeigenden Markierungen versehen.In European and other countries, delineators are installed at standardized intervals on all public and partially non-public roads of certain categories to ensure safe lateral demarcation.
