Description:

The invention relates to a conference folder which can be closed with its at least two folding wings, preferably by means of a zipper, with interior fittings such as writing utensil holders, pockets for documents, credit cards, business cards, calendars, time planners, calculators, writing pads and the like, a ring mechanism or the like, and with an inside pocket for holding a portable telephone or the like, which can be opened from the inside if necessary.

Such conference folders serve as a "mobile office" for business people to store the items and documents that are usually needed at meetings, conferences, etc. The inside pocket can be used to store a mobile phone, dictaphone, calculator, etc.

To remove the mobile phone or similar, it is necessary to open the surrounding zipper or other fastener and unfold the flaps of the folder. This is laborious and may take too much time, e.g. when a phone call comes in. By the time the flap or the inside pocket is opened, the caller has often already hung up.

The object of the invention is therefore to create a conference folder of the type mentioned at the beginning, which allows faster and easier access to a device located in the inside pocket, such as a mobile phone or similar.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the inner pocket is open from the outside, i.e. when the folder wings are closed, in order to remove the telephone or the like.

The contents of the inner pocket can be accessed directly without opening, for example, the zip around the conference folder.

The inner pocket is preferably accessible via an external opening in the outer wall that can be closed with a flap, which makes it particularly easy to open and close the inner pocket from the outside.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the external opening is provided in the flat-sided outer wall of one of the folding wings, which enables a large, easily accessible opening and convenient attachment of the flap.

When the folder wings are opened, the inner pocket can also be opened from the inside, so that, for example, the mobile phone can be easily accessed when the conference folder is open.

For this purpose, the inner pocket is preferably accessible via an inner opening in the folder interior that can be closed with another flap, which allows quick access to the inner pocket even when the folder is open without turning it over.

The inside pocket, for example, almost completely fills the inside of the folder in terms of its height, whereby the available folder height is fully utilized.

The inner pocket is preferably attached to one of the folder wings and the other flap rests against the inside of the other flat outer wall of the other folder wing when the folder wings are closed. This ensures that the inner pocket, e.g. its flap, is kept closed when the folder is closed.

One flap and/or the other flap can be opened and closed particularly safely, easily and reliably if they are equipped with Velcro fasteners.

If the inner pocket is arranged in a removable manner in the interior of the folder, the inner pocket can be used as a separate protective cover for the mobile phone contained therein, even if the entire conference folder is not needed. Obviously, the inventive idea of making an inner pocket of a conference folder accessible from the outside can also be transferred to the other interior fittings, such as writing instrument holders, pockets, etc.

The two-wing conference folder 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a circumferential zipper 2. Inside, there are writing instrument holders 3, pockets 4, a ring mechanism 5 and a separate inside pocket 6, which have equally sized, foldable folder wings 7, 8, distributed.

The inner pocket 6 according to Fig. 2 has a flap 9 on the outside for opening and closing an outer opening 10, which is arranged in a flat-sided outer wall 11 of one wing 8.

A further flap 12 in the folder interior 13 closes according to Fig. 3 a corresponding inner opening 14 of the inner pocket 6.

When the two folder wings 7, 8 are folded together, the inner side 15, which is opposite the other flat-sided outer wall 16, lies flat against the further flap 12 as an additional closure security of the inner opening 14.

Conference folder 1 can be handled as follows:

The interior of the folder 13 is opened by pulling up the all-round zipper 2 and unfolding the folder wings 7, 8. Pens are stored in the writing instrument holders 3, business cards, check cards, telephone cards or the like in the pockets 4 and a time planning system is accessible in a functional, space-saving and clearly arranged manner using the ring mechanism 5.

The inside pocket 6 can be used to safely store a mobile phone, calculator, dictaphone or similar.

The inner pocket 6 is opened by lifting the flap 12, which is partially detachably connected to the inner pocket via a Velcro fastener 18.

To close the conference folder 1, the two folder wings 7, 8 are folded together, with the inside 15 lying flat on the other flap 12. The zipper 2 is then pulled closed and secured with an additional lock (not shown).

In order to get to the contents of the inner pocket 6 particularly quickly without having to open the zipper 2, the flap 9, which is also detachably connected to a flat-sided outer wall 11 by means of a Velcro fastener 17, is opened. The further flap 12 is between the

If the conference folder 1 is not needed in its entirety, the inner pocket 6, which can be connected to the conference folder 1 by Velcro fasteners (not shown), can be removed and the inner pocket 6 serves as a special protective container for the mobile phone or the like.
