Durch die vorliegende Neuerung wird die Leistungsfähigkeit stehender Oelpressen bedeutend erhöht. Die Presse ist mit einer Hülfsprefsvorrichtung, die beliebiger Art sein kann, versehen; durch diese erhält der gröfste Theil der Kuchen eine Vorpressung, um dadurch Raum zum Pressen noch weiterer Kuchen zu gewinnen.The present innovation makes the efficiency of standing oil presses significant elevated. Das über der frei hängenden Prefsplatte p^l (Fig. 1) eingebrachte Prefsgut wird nun durch die Hülfsprefsvorrichtung zusammengeprefst und sämmtliche Platten dadurch gehoben (s. Fig. 2). Die unter der Platte p¹ befindlichen Platten p² werden frei und können ebenfalls beschickt werden.
