The invention relates to a shaped stone for covering the floor
of treatment containers for flat material, which have a drain in the bottom for liquids,
such as B. dye liquors or bleach solutions have. As is well known, it happens, for example
for containers used for dyeing or bleaching. Textiles serve, on that
the contact surface for the material to be "treated" in the container is as small as possible and
that the dye liquor od. The like. As completely as possible in the shortest possible time from the container
can flow to be returned to the container if necessary in a continuous cycle
to be so that the in the container, z. B. Good to be colored in all
its parts come into contact with the dye liquor as often as possible. To this end
the well-known containers are provided with a sieve on the bottom to which the to
The material to be treated is located, or the containers have a so-called cleat bottom, between
whose elevations the liquid can flow off freely.
It is also a bottom part of wet treatment containers for textiles
became known, which is provided with ribs or conical elevations, the
have openings in an oblique direction, which are provided in one under the stones
Flow into the fleet space. It is disadvantageous that this additional liquor space
easily clogs; furthermore is the free cross-section for the passage of the fleet
with this known floor only about 60% of the total floor area. -The bottom line
for the - design of a bottom for wet treatment tanks is that it contains the liquid
allows as free a passage as possible for drainage from the container, d. H.,
the contact surface of the floor for the good should be insane. Compared to that for the passage
the openings provided for the liquid or the like. Be relatively small. the
known soils do not yet adequately meet this requirement.
According to the invention find for covering the bottom of treatment tanks
for flat quality molded bricks application that have an angular, preferably hexagonal
Have base plate that is neck-shaped tapered at the top, and on the tapered part
a hollow cylinder is standing, the lower end of which goes through the cylinder wall
Openings is provided. To further reduce the contact area tapers
expediently the wall of the hollow cylinder in a conical shape. above so that
the upper edge of the hollow cylinder is as narrow as possible.
In the case of the floor formed from the stones according to the invention, one is missing
Fleet space below the stones. Rather, the liquor space lies within the cylindrical one
Hollow body itself, and as a result of that provided at the lower end of the hollow cylinder
Breakthroughs, this liquor space is in constant connection with the contents of the container.
The free cross-section is about 86% of the total floor area. One example
Embodiment of a stone formed according to the invention and one with the
Shaped blocks of the invention occupied floor is shown in the drawing. It shows
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a stone, FIG. 3 shows a
Section of a floor covered with stones of FIGS. R and 2 and FIG. Q. a top view
this soil.
The shaped stone consists of the hexagonal base plate as shown in FIG
r, which merges into a neck-shaped part 2 at the top. On the neck-shaped part: 2
stands a hollow cylinder 3, which tapers at its lower, directly to the neck-shaped
Part of the end adjacent to the base plate with two openings going through its wall
q. and 5 is provided. From Fig: i it can be seen that the cylinder wall after
conically tapered to a narrow edge 6 at the top.
The floor covering 7 of the stones according to FIGS
Has container 8, like FIGS. 3 and q. reveal a very large passage
for the liquid in comparison to the area on which that is to be treated in the container
Well lies. The support surface for goods located in the container 8 is merely there
from the edges 6 of the hollow cylinder. The entire lying between the hollow cylinders
Space, as well as the interior of the hollow cylinder itself, is free for the passage
the liquid, which the container 8 through the lying in the middle .des container bottom
Drain pipe 9 leaves. In the case of the container according to the drawing, the free cross-section is
between the individual cylinders and within the cylinders about 86% of the total
Floor area. The material is practically only punctiform on the edges of the cylinder
so that the fleet or the like can act on all parts of the property. From the
Inside the cylinder, the liquor gets through the passages in the cylinder walls
back to the actual fleet room.
