Ferner macht der Keil, der das Zangenprofil öffnet, nur einen Teil der Gesamtlänge des Schiebers aus, wobei am unteren Schieberende in einiger Entfernung vom Ende des Keils noch Andrückrollen vorgesehen sind. (Unter »unten« wird hier und im folgenden das Schieberende verstanden, an dem sich die Leisten im Verschlußzustand befinden.) Hierdurch erfolgt eine außerordentlich geringe Biegung der Kopfprofilleiste beim Einführen bzw. Ausführen aus dem Zangenprofil, was ein sehr leichtes Verschieben des Reißverschlußschiebers gewährleistet. Ferner ist der Schließ- und öffnungs-Vorgang im ganzen Bereich des Schiebers gesteuert, derart, daß in jeder Lage des öffnungs- und Schließ Vorganges eine zwangläufige Führung beider Teile gewährleistet ist. Die Längsschlitze 2, 3 dienen zur Aufnahme der Leistenfahnen 4, 5 (Fig. 5), welche mit Kopfprofil 6 bzw. Zangenprofil 7 ausgerüstet sind. Im Innern des Reißverschlusses verläuft parallel zu den beiden Platten 8, 9 ein etwa* dem Zangenprofil 7 entsprechender Keil 10, der an Dicke im ersten Drittel des Schiebers zunimmt und hierdurch das Zangenprofil so weit öffnet, daß das Kopfprofil der Leistenfahne 4 durch die öffnung 1 in das Zangenprofil hineingedrückt bzw. aus diesem entfernt werden kann. Der Keil 10 reicht noch bis etwa über die Hälfte des Schiebers und behält auf seinem unteren Ende seine größte Dicke bei. Keil 10 und Öffnung 1 sind zueinander so angeordnet, daß bereits am oberen Schieberende die äußersten Spitzen des gespreizten Zangenprofils mit dem Kopfprofilscheitel- go punkt auf gleicher Linie liegen (G-H in Fig. 4).
